Why I’m not cutting down on sugar

Why I’m not cutting down on sugar

The answer might make you gasp in shock…

—–Important Message—–

This herbal brew (bitter, OMG) got me back my sexual prowess…

I downed the bitter liquid each morning and waited for the results.

At first, nothing.

Then I noticed my pants were looser. I had started to lose flab.

My wife commented (quite impressed) about my bigger biceps.

She couldn’t keep her hands off them when we were together – YEAH!

I was gaining muscle without working out…

And…oh my…I couldn’t believe the towel-hanger erections I was getting – erections that last for a long time.

It wasn’t anything special about me…

It was this potent combination of ordinary vitamins (plus a few I had never heard of).

How come nobody knows about this? This is the first drink of its kind.

Here’s the potent combination that restores youthful and long-lasting erections (as told by the smuggler who discovered it)…

Why I’m not cutting down on sugar

There are thousands of ways to try to lose weight.

From the grapefruit diet fads of the 1970s to the Paleo diet fads of today – to prepackaged Nutrisystem food boxes that you can now buy at Walmart…

There are more choices than ever before for getting thin.

Unfortunately, most of them don’t work for most men…

Sure, you might drop 10 pounds – but more often than not you’re going to gain it all back with a few “bonus pounds” on top of it.

What the heck is going on here?

Like most things, this question doesn’t have a single solution.

[cmamad id=”16906″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

But we’re being told a bunch of lies…

…really big lies about losing weight and keeping it off.

Today we are going to focus on a particularly seductive lie.

It not only affects weight gain but can also cause diabetes, heart issues, and even erectile dysfunction.

And that really sucks, because being overweight can make erection problems even worse all on its own.

Obesity is an independent risk factor for erection problems. 79% of men presenting with penile disorders have a BMI of 25 kg/m2 or greater.

But when you combine it with this BIG LIE put out by Big Agri, both obesity and erection problems get exponentially worse.

Here’s the lie: “You can eat things that are sweetened with fake sugar – and have all of the taste with none of the problems of sugar.”

But, in fact, artificial sweeteners cause huge problems in your body…

Before we get into how bad artificial sweeteners are for you – and why they can cause erection problems – I want to emphasize that you shouldn’t buy into the myth that real sugar is all that bad for you.

For decades, Big Food has marketed this lie to the public…

They say that you can drink diet sodas and use artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet and Splenda – and that these things are “good for you.”

That’s a big pile of poo!

For a while, there has been a known link between diet sodas and obesity…

But until recently, scientists didn’t know why that was happening.

And the truth is far worse than you can imagine…

“New research finds sugar replacements can also cause health changes that are linked with diabetes and obesity, suggesting that switching from regular to diet soda may be a case of ‘out of the frying pan, into the fire.’”

Unfortunately, artificial sweeteners are becoming more and more common in the foods we eat.

The problem is that they don’t have any nutritional value. They don’t even give you energy.

They just fake out your tongue to detect sweetness – and they cause all kinds of health problems.

“Artificial sweeteners are one of the most common food additives worldwide, frequently consumed in diet [sodas] and zero-calorie sodas and other products.”

This study is interesting because it was done in humans and it tracks the way that artificial sweeteners affect biochemical changes in the body.

“This new study is the largest examination to date that tracks biochemical changes in the body – using an approach known as unbiased high-throughput metabolomics – after consumption of sugar or sugar substitutes…”

Artificial sweeteners have the ability to change how the body processes fat and how the body gets energy.

These changes lead to a cascading effect that predisposes people for both diabetes and obesity.

That means the thing that was supposed to help you get thin is actually making you fat!

“The results suggest artificial sweeteners change how the body processes fat and gets its energy.”

But here’s the part that affects not only obesity but also penile and heart health…

It turns out that artificial sweeteners also affect the lining of your blood vessels! And not in a good way.

“Researchers also looked at impacts on vascular health by studying how the substances affect the lining of blood vessels.”

Inflammation of the vascular system CAUSES erection problems…

I’ve often said that the penis is the dipstick of male health.

Problems that will eventually show up in your heart often show up in your penis first.

And this is no exception.

When the cells that line the blood vessels become irritated, they also become inflamed.

This inflammation can cause erection problems as well as many other health problems.

And artificial sweeteners cause inflammation of the blood vessels…

“In addition, they found acesulfame potassium seemed to accumulate in the blood, with higher concentrations having a more harmful effect on the cells that line blood vessels.”

It’s pretty outrageous that Big Food has been selling us this flimflam product for decades now.

These artificial sweeteners make us fat and they make us unhealthy.

The biggest lesson I take away from this is that if something is a “food additive” – such as an artificial sweetener – you should approach it with a great deal of skepticism.

This is a US government forecast of diabetes.

The states with the darkest shades of grey will develop the most diabetes…

Notice where all the diabetes is developing?

It’s developing in the Southern states and in some of the Midwestern states.

Look at how dark Georgia and Florida are, for example.

Now, diets are very different in these states – most of the food is packed with carrageenan (E407).

I have studied diabetes and I have discovered that certain diets that are heavily recommended by the US government are causing the diabetes epidemic.

I actually discovered five foods that promote diabetes in men.

These five foods are very common, especially in the Southern states with the most diabetes.

But the worst of this is that these five diabetes-promoting foods are actually recommended by the US government.

In my opinion, the government recommends these foods because they are in bed with Big Pharma and with Big Agriculture.

It’s not small family farms that produce these five dangerous diabetes-promoting foods.

It’s giant agricultural operations that are heavily subsidized by the US government.

So the government recommends that you eat these five foods – even though they promote diabetes.

Here are the 5 foods that cause diabetes
