These emulsifiers can cause health problems – including erectile dysfunction, liver issues, high blood pressure, even diabetes…

—–Important Message—–

“I just close my eyes for 45 seconds… And when I open them my blood pressure is down.”

My buddy told me that this “closed-eye” technique works amazingly well.

It works by increasing the oxygen that reaches your blood vessels.

Not only will your blood pressure fall… But with more oxygen coursing through your blood vessels, your penis will be VERY happy…

(More oxygen reaching the penile blood vessels creates surging erections again…)

So, in just two days, this simple 45-second closed-eye technique lowers blood pressure AND improves things down there…

I think you can use this technique to get OFF the Big Pharma chemicals… and fix any problems with sexual function and performance…

Many men are enjoying the best sex life they’ve ever had, thanks to this 45-second technique.

Check out this email from Harold:

Harold does the 45-second closed-eye technique in the mornings and he has TWO girlfriends he’s keeping happy (much younger girlfriends…)

You can try out the 45-second “closed-eye” technique right here.

Inflammatory bowel disease is an incredibly difficult thing to live with.

It causes a tremendous amount of pain and suffering, and doctors aren’t super-good at treating it either.

There are two types of inflammatory bowel disease (IBS) – ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

Both of these diseases involve abdominal pain, fatigue, weight loss, and severe diarrhea…

And they can be absolutely debilitating.

If you go to a doctor for one of these conditions, they are likely to put you on a variety of chemicals to try to ease your symptoms.

But there are things you can do for yourself through your diet that can significantly help you get your gut working better.

And of course, if your gut is working better everything else in your body works better as well.

That’s because your gut controls an awful lot of what your immune system does.

Diet as a Trigger or Therapy for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

The high-fat diets that are the craze right now aren’t very good for you.

If your diet is extremely high in fat and doesn’t include a lot of fruits and well-cooked vegetables, you’re setting yourself up for a situation where you could end up in a lot of pain.

Unfortunately, this type of diet is pretty common in many areas of America as well as other parts of the world.

Eating processed foods and fast food, in particular, can really set you up for IBD.

“Findings from epidemiology studies have indicated that diets high in animal fat and low in fruits and vegetables are the most common pattern associated with an increased risk of IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease).”

That’s because eating like this typically increases inflammation throughout your body.

And when your bowels are inflamed, they don’t work the way they’re supposed to.

Another big risk factor for IBD is low levels of vitamin D.

Low levels of vitamin D also appear to be a risk factor for IBD.”

I might sound like a broken record here – low D being a risk factor for IBD is because your body produces a lot more inflammation when your vitamin D is low.

The best way to get vitamin D is to spend time in the sunshine – without sunscreen on your skin.

You can also supplement with vitamin D3.

Here’s a surprise ingredient in lots of foods that can make your gut go crazy.

This one might sound kind of out there – because it’s not something that most people are aware of.

And it’s certainly not something that your doctor will tell you to avoid in your diet.

And that is “emulsifiers.” Food manufacturers put emulsifiers in our food to make salad dressings smooth and ice cream creamy.

They are in almost all cream cheeses, for example, among other things.

Emulsifiers are ubiquitous in food products because they help otherwise unmixable ingredients blend together – making salad dressings, ice cream, and cream cheese smooth.”

Emulsifiers are a miracle for the processed food industry.

And this miracle for the processed food industry is terrible for your body.

“There is compelling evidence from animal models that emulsifiers in processed foods increase risk for IBD.”

Emulsifiers make YOU fat, bloated, and inflamed.

“In a recent experiment, mice got fat and developed health problems after being fed two common synthetic emulsifiers in doses comparable to those people might be exposed to in processed foods.”

The researchers tested two emulsifiers in this study: polysorbate-80 and carboxymethyl cellulose.

And there are actually 24 approved emulsifiers on the market today – the most commonly used are lecithin, sorbitan monostearate, monoglycerides, and diglycerides.

These chemicals are all deemed safe by the FDA!

“The two chemicals tested were Polysorbate-80 and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), both of them falling into a category FDA calls ‘generally regarded as safe.’”

But they seem to have really bad effects on the body.

The scientists think that this is because of the way they interact with the microbes in your gut.

“…suspects the deleterious effects observed in the mice happened because the emulsifiers are interfering with the zoo of intestinal microbes that are proving important to many aspects of human health.”

“Gut health is incredibly important. It controls a great deal of the health of the rest of your body – and determines whether or not you will have a good immune system or be able to maintain a healthy weight.”

Make sure you are eating a low-fat and high-fruit diet, increasing your vitamin D3 production or consumption, and eliminating at least some of the emulsifiers from your diet…

And you can have a much healthier gut.

In fact, the important message below reveals how fixing your gut raises testosterone…

—-Curious about more testosterone naturally?—-

How fixing gut problems this way raises testosterone

Have you seen men whose arms and legs are the same size as a regular man’s…

…but their belly is spilling over their waist and it looks like they swallowed a watermelon?

Why is that?

It’s because their belly is FULL of bad bacteria.

Churning with billions of bacteria that spread throughout the body, wreaking havoc to their testes and ruining their sexual performance…

But don’t worry…because this simple vitamin cocktail fixes the CAUSE of gut problems…

Take it once in the morning and you’ll be warm and toasty all day…as you burn off your fat…and lose that gut.
