The brain-penis connection.

When the brain-penile connection experiences interruptions – men have erection problems.

They aren’t feeling much.

Their penis and their brain aren’t communicating. And they aren’t having sex.

The key to bringing it all back is to fix the brain-penile connection.

My system is the ONLY system that combines simple diet and lifestyle changes with FIXING the brain-penile connection.

Over 21,262 men say it works.

Restore sensation and pleasure and hard, long-lasting erections TONIGHT…

This willpower “trick” sheds pounds and estrogen

I like evidence to be really concrete.

I like to see the data in front of me and make conclusions based on what I believe to be the reality.

That’s the researcher in me.

But sometimes a study comes along that makes me rethink things that I “thought” I knew.

And this is one of the studies.

It points to the idea that what we think about things may be at least as powerful as what we actually do.

For a long time, scientists have thought of the brain and the body as two separate things.

But more and more evidence is showing that the brain has tremendous influence over the body…

…And the body has a huge amount of influence over the brain.

How you think about things sometimes makes them true…

You see, this idea of the brain influencing reality exists in a lot of faith and mystical traditions.

The idea that if you have the faith of a mustard seed you can move mountains – that’s in the Christian Bible.

You also see this idea in Buddhism in the form of “all suffering is created in the mind.”

It’s a theme that mystical traditions reiterate over and over again – the mind influences reality.

The best-selling book, The Secret, talks a lot about the power of belief.

And now science is showing that it’s actually true.

This “think method” of exercising has really weird effects.

It turns out that when people think they were exercising more – even if they actually aren’t – they gain a ton of health benefits.

This includes lower blood pressure and losing body fat.

Now I’m not portraying this as blanket permission to sit on the couch and do nothing.

But it seems that, when you make a change in the way you think about your regular physical activity, it can make a huge difference in your actual physical health.

“The secret to a narrow waistline and a longer lifespan might be found in the corridors of our mind as much is in the cardio rooms of our gyms.”

In this study, scientists looked at the beliefs we have around how much we exercise and how that influences our body mass and overall health.

And it didn’t seem to matter if the beliefs were particularly accurate or not to have an influencing factor.

“A recent epidemiological study suggests that our beliefs about how much we exercise may substantially influence our health and longevity, even if those beliefs are objectively inaccurate.”

Originally, the group of women in this study believed that they did very little exercise…

…even though they were on their feet cleaning hotel rooms all day long and getting quite a bit of physical activity.

“Crum and her co-authors studied 84 female hotel room attendants who told the researchers they felt they could do little or no daily exercise, although their work consisted mostly of physical labor.”

The researchers told half of the women that they were actually meeting the regular daily requirements for exercise.

There was no change in their behavior. They didn’t add any exercise.

The only change was letting them know that they actually exercised as much as they should because their job kept them moving all the time.

“…in fact, they were meeting or exceeding national recommendations for 30 minutes of daily exercise; a month later, when the researchers checked back, the women said they believed they were getting more exercise than before.”

Now, it’s not surprising that the women thought they were getting more exercise after this conversation than they had thought before (even though their exercise didn’t change)…

What is surprising is the result of that belief.

These women lost weight – not because they attempted to change anything in their behavior, but because their belief was changed.

“They lost weight and body fat – and developed lower blood pressure. But in fact, their daily exertions were the same.”

The power of belief is really astounding.

Often, how we view ourselves has subtle influences on our behavior.

If we think we are healthy, then we take healthier action in our lives.

If we think we are unhealthy, then we often act defeated and don’t even try.

So try to reframe that walk up the stairs when you want to take the elevator as good for you.

That belief may be very beneficial to your health.

This willpower “trick” sheds estrogen and pounds

This trick gets rid of estrogen-producing fat, is great for erections, AND it’s been proven to work…

You see, these globs of fat cells in a man’s belly result from the dumping of estrogen into the body.

Estrogen lowers testosterone…

But…if a man loses those globs of fat, the estrogen factories shut down…so now testosterone can RISE to healthy levels again…

…and next thing you know… you have your erections back, with larger, more engorged hard-ons than you had when you were a teenager.

How to lose those globs of fat?

To my growing excitement, I recently learned about these superfoods and little-known supplements that let our cells burn off fat safely inside.

The globs of fat burn down from the inside, the estrogen factories shut down, and erections become a regular thing again.

Here are the superfoods and little-known supplements that let a man lose fat, gain muscle, and get a big, bulging erection whenever he wants.
