Can this pleasure raise a grown man’s IQ by 17 points?

You know I don’t need any kind of excuse to enjoy great sex with my lovely wife.

But if I did, this study would give me quite the incentive.

There’s almost no scarier prospect about getting older than losing your mental function.

And it turns out that regular sex (at least weekly) helps to keep cognitive functions stronger when you’re aging.

Woo Hoo!

And even better news – if you’re a guy who doesn’t get erections anymore (for whatever reason) this can still apply to you.

I will go over that in a little bit.

But in the meantime let’s get into the study.

More sex = better brain function

The human brain is still very much a mystery to scientists.

They really aren’t quite sure how it works.

And They’re not sure why some people lose memory and brain function when they get older – while others are cognitively sharp until the day they die.

But…

[cmamad id=”16003″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Scientists are good at finding correlations between specific behaviors and how well the brain functions into our 80s and 90s.

And this study is great news IMO…

Because I intend to live a long time – and I want to have a fully functioning brain well into my old age.

There are a bunch of things we can do to protect our brains – exercise regularly and eat lots of fruit for example.

But one thing that keeps surprising scientists is that regular sex protects memory function.

“More frequent sexual activity has been linked to improved brain function in older adults, according to a study by the universities of Coventry and Oxford.”

In this study, researchers took a look at participants’ sexual frequency and then them cognitive tests.

It turned out that more sexual activity was directly associated with better brain function. (And, weirdly, the more sexually active participants scored more strongly on space perception).

“Researchers found that people who engaged in more regular sexual activity scored higher on tests that measured their verbal fluency and their ability to visually perceive objects and the spaces between them.”

There were also much better scores on tests for attention and memory when participants had regular sex.

“The 28 men and 45 women also took part in a standardized test, which is typically used to measure different patterns of brain function in older adults, focusing on attention, memory, fluency, language and visuospatial ability.”

How much sex = more sex?

In this study, the magic number seemed to be once a week.

But, honestly, I don’t think that’s enough.

I personally think that you will get much more benefit if you have sex at least three times a week or more.

And why not? Sex is one of the most fun activities we can do as adults.

“It was these two sets of tests where participants who engaged in weekly sexual activity scored the most highly, with the verbal fluency tests showing the strongest effect.”

Scientists aren’t sure, but they think this cognitive effect may be linked to the hormone oxytocin.

Oxytocin is produced during sexual activity and helps to create bonds of trust between people.

If you have erection problems – how to get this benefit of more sex = better memory?

I know that sometimes when I share studies like this, guys with ED get really bummed.

And I get that. I struggled with erectile dysfunction problems for years before I found solutions that really work.

It’s really hard to think about having sex when you’re not sure if you can even get or keep an erection.

But here’s the reality… You can have sex whether you have an erection or not.

And nope, I’m not joking.

Sex isn’t at all dependent on what’s happening with your penis…

Sex is only dependent on your (and her) willingness to have sex.

The basics are…

Starting with naked cuddling where you have plenty of skin-on-skin time.

Cuddling alone provides great mental health benefits.

Most of all, whatever the status of things with your penis and your erections, just make your best effort to get naked with your partner.

There are partner activities that work immediately with no guesswork involved…

And single men can do my solo activity that works just as well…

The effects of these solo and partner activities are so profound that men feel as if it’s their first time with a girl…

After trying the solo activities myself – and it took many many years – eventually, I simplified the activities and made them super simple as well as pleasurable.

I’ve seen single guys who started doing these solo activities…and then they got super high levels of confidence with girls…

…they would meet a girl and then “close the deal” with confidence, because, as one guy told me, “everything just works now.”

Here are the solo and partner activities that can get you erections, even if it’s been years.
