The ability to increase testosterone and decrease cortisol could be hugely beneficial for men’s health in general – increasing vitality, fertility, leanness, and more.

Obesity and infertility are increasing and they are related.

Low testosterone and high cortisol make us fat and they make us tired.

It’s important to keep these two hormones where they need to be.

Exercise alone can help you lose fat.

But this new study shows that exercise combined with creatine can boost testosterone and lower cortisol as well…

This supercharges fat loss and enhances male vitality…

This human study was published in the journal Science And Sports.

The study enrolled 20 active healthy men. The group was divided into two groups and both groups performed the same exercise regimen.

One exercise group was given supplemental creatine and the other was given an inactive placebo.

Over the seven-day trial period, the men performed exercise routines on days three, five, and seven. They rested on the other days.

The men were supplemented with 5 g of creatine four times per day for the trial period. (The placebo group got the same amount of sugar instead.)

[cmamad id=”15870″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

The men who were supplementing with creatine had a 15% increase in testosterone levels by day six.

“Significant improvements were observed in testosterone and cortisol concentrations from baseline to 5 and 7 days in the creatine group.”

There was a similar decrease in cortisol in the men taking creatine over the same time period.

The men taking creatine also had increases in testosterone and decreases in cortisol, relative to their starting levels.

The men taking creatine had higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol than the other men taking the sugar placebo at the same points in the trial.

Men who were taking creatine had improved cortisol and testosterone levels – men who were exercising and not taking creatine did not.

“The creatine group had significantly higher testosterone compared to placebo group after 5 and 7 days of creatine loading.”

The study also looked at blood pressure markers.

Creatine supposedly alters blood pressure – that is one of the claims…

Creatine did not significantly alter blood pressure in this study.

“There were no significant differences for measures of resting systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate.”

The standard supplemental dose of creatine is 5 g per day.

More than this is called a loading dose.

A loading dose is sometimes taken in order to supersaturate creatine levels in a shorter time period. The short-term loading dose is generally 20 g per day.

The study found that a loading dose of 20 g of creatine per day combined with resistance exercise can increase testosterone and decrease cortisol in only a few days.

“5 and 7 days of creatine loading with exercise can increase resting testosterone concentration and decrease cortisol.”

The ability to both increase testosterone and decrease cortisol could be hugely beneficial for men’s health in general…

Increasing vitality, fertility, leanness, and so on.

High cortisol and low testosterone are particularly associated with weight gain around the belly in men.

Smart exercise and creatine supplementation could help shed belly fat because of the hormonal changes found in this study.

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements out there.

Creatine is safe for most people, though there may be some risk in people with kidney disorders.

The dose of 20 g total per day taken in this study is usually only taken short-term.

One problem with creatine supplementation is that there are a lot of impurities in creatine supplements.

Because this is a popular supplement, many people are trying to make money off it and there are many shady people in the field.

Creatine is a notoriously impure supplement.

You should consult a healthcare professional about taking any supplements.

If you do decide to take creatine, you should research the available brands and find the cleanest creatine on the market.

Big Pharma found that it is IMMENSELY profitable to sell testosterone injections, patches, and pellets.

But it turns out that most men do not need to take Big Pharma’s testosterone…

Here’s what Big Pharma desperately doesn’t want you to know!

It sounds crazy, but a man can double or triple his testosterone WITHOUT Big Pharma…he does it naturally, without taking anything…it just HAPPENS if you do this.

Imagine if you could have erections for 30 minutes or more, anytime you want.

How amazing to have a high sex drive again – and you and your girl going at it every single day.

Imagine having higher testosterone than it’s been for decades…

Do THIS to get your T levels higher without using dangerous Big Pharma chemicals…
