Study reveals this cooking oil is detrimental to brain health, contributes to dementia, and causes weight gain

—–Important Message—–

“I just close my eyes for 45 seconds – when I open them, my blood pressure is down.”

My buddy told me that this “closed-eye” technique works amazingly.

It works by increasing the oxygen that reaches the blood vessels.

When more oxygen reaches the blood vessels of the penis, you get surging, hard, long-lasting erections again.

So, in just two days, this simple 45-second “closed-eye” technique lowers blood pressure AND improves sexual function…

I think you can use this technique to get OFF the Big Pharma chemicals… and get your sexual prowess back…

…many men already have:

Harold did the 45-second “closed-eye” technique in the mornings.

You can find out about the 45-second “closed-eye” technique right here.

Scientists finally issue warning against this cooking oil

We’re told that this is really good for us because it’s rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).

They tell us it is a miracle health giver and that we should use more of it.

It used to be called rapeseed oil. But they changed the name, clever marketers that they are.

What’s the truth?
[cmamad id=”15864″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

The reality is that this bad oil puts your body at all kinds of long-term risk…

…including the disease that we fear more than nearly anything else as we age – Alzheimer’s disease.

Let’s look at the evidence of exactly how canola oil contributes to brain disease…

We’re only starting to learn how bad canola oil is for the body.

Canola oil is one of the most widely consumed vegetable oils in the world, yet surprisingly little is known about its effects on health.

Researchers are starting to find that including canola oil in your diet actually leads to Alzheimer’s disease and contributes to other aspects of aging as well.

“…researchers at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University associated the consumption of canola oil in the diet with worsened memory, worsened learning ability, and weight gain in mice which model Alzheimer’s disease.”

Canola oil and weight gain are linked.

This article is really interesting…while the scientists were studying the effects of canola oil on the brain, they noticed something else.

And I have been arguing for quite some time now that PUFAs do this to the body…

One of the first effects the scientists noticed – before the brain effects showed up – was that the mice were gaining weight.

These mice were getting far heavier than the mice on the regular diet.

“One of the first differences observed was in body weight – animals on the canola oil-enriched diet weighed significantly more than mice on the regular diet.

This is a significant finding.

It shows that the huge spike we have in weight gain throughout much of the world (especially in North America) can be directly linked to the consumption of oils like canola oil.

Eating foods heavy in canola oil can make you stupid too…

Even worse than the weight gain is what canola oil does to our brains.

It compromises working memory…

That’s the type of memory you need to perform everyday tasks…or to remember where your keys are.

And this can happen very quickly.

This study was done on mice.

These mice had an accelerated metabolism in comparison to humans, but they were affected within only six months of beginning to eat canola oil regularly…and that’s extreme even for them.

“Maze tests to assess working memory, short-term memory, and learning ability uncovered additional differences. Most significantly, mice that had consumed canola oil over a period of six months suffered impairments in working memory.

This memory loss resulted from actual physical damage to their brains.

The synapses in their brains were damaged, resulting in a decrease in the important neural connections that rely on those synapses.

All from eating canola oil as a regular part of their diet!

All of this has huge implications for brain disease and aging in humans.

“The damage was accompanied by a significant decrease in the number of contacts between neurons, indicative of extensive synapse injury. Synapses, the areas where neurons come into contact with one another, play a central role in memory formation and retrieval.”

I strongly recommend that you replace your canola oil with coconut oil, butter, and olive oil.

Canola oil is bad for your brain and bad for your body.

Just don’t eat it.

And while you’re at it, I would also get rid of every bottle of oil that is liquid at room temperature (except olive oil).

They all have similar properties and are not good for you.

But even if you have been cooking and eating food soaked with these toxic oils, you can get rid of the harmful waste in your body…

—-Interested? Keep reading…—–

Do you know how oil turns into a buttery mass on leftover plates? The same thing happens inside the body of mature men…

…most men over 45 have slower, colder metabolisms. And the toxic oils could stay there for years, building up into huge globs.

No wonder these men can’t lose weight and feel exhausted and weighed down – it’s from the years of eating toxic oils!

Just recently I visited my aunt and she was frying chicken in a pan filled with canola oil…

And once she took the chicken out, half the oil had soaked into the chicken and there was barely any left in the pan.

But luckily I can make this simple drink that flushes out all of that nasty, old oil residue from my system.

The drink warms up my metabolism and speeds up my metabolism – and all that nasty oil is gone within a day.

Once you try this, you’ll be shocked at how much weight you lose and how much energy you have. It’s like unloading a pickup truck that was filled with bricks!

Here’s the simple drink I make that cleans old and toxic waste from my gut and stomach.
