Can this weird ingredient keep you lean, young, and sexually potent?

Take this six-cent formula to reverse penile fibrosis…

This six-cent formula you probably have in your home clears penile chambers of scar tissue and plaque…

It clears out the penile chambers and the arteries that feed blood to your penis.

In the picture below you can see the dramatic change as the blue scar tissue (on the left) is completely dissolved and the pathways are clear (on the right).

Imagine how much bigger and harder your erections will be as all that gunk clogging the works is cleared out…

Healthy blood circulates through that space and fills it up.

All for six cents a day.

Watch as your erections get harder day by day… and you are finally making sweet love to her the way you used to.

Here is the formula (and how a drug smuggler came up with the discovery).

Study: Dust for your gut

How many books are out there telling you what to eat (and what NOT to eat)?

Tons and tons of them.

The advice all seems to be so contradictory and confusing.

One thing tells you to eat a lot of fat and another says don’t eat any fat.

And that’s just the beginning of the crazy, contradictory advice.

No wonder when our doctors tell us to eat healthier we have no idea what that means!

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Eating shouldn’t require a freaking PhD. It should be simple, tasty, and FUN.

And you should be able to EASILY maintain weight with the right kind of eating program.

I always advise eating a ton of fruit.

An important reason for that is fruit combats internal inflammation.

[cmamad id=”14913″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Inflammation leads to chronic disease.

And the magic of fruit has a lot to do with the magic of fiber.

Fiber isn’t a sexy topic, but it is really important.

Fruit contains A LOT of fiber.

I’m not talking about fruit juice or fruit leather, but actual whole, ripe fruit.

Interestingly, as important as fiber is, it doesn’t actually do a ton for your body directly.

“Research indicates that fiber doesn’t deliver many of its benefits directly to our bodies.”

But fiber – from real food – is kind of like magic pixie dust for your gut.

Fiber influences our entire system – not by feeding us, but by feeding the bacteria that live in our gut.

“The fiber we eat feeds billions of bacteria in our guts. Keeping them happy means our intestines and immune systems remain in good working order.”

When you don’t have enough fiber in your diet, you end up completely changing your gut bacteria.

And not in a good way.

“Shifting the animals to a low-fiber diet had a dramatic effect. They found that many common gut bacteria species became rare, and rare species became common.”

This can have really, really bad effects…

Because keeping your gut healthy is hugely important to combating chronic, long-term diseases.

Not having enough fiber makes the immune system go wonky and also effects the actual physical structure of the gut.

This sounds crazy, but it’s true.

“Their intestines got smaller, and the mucus layer got thinner. As a result, the bacteria wound up much closer to the intestinal wall, and that encroachment triggered an immune reaction.”

Not eating enough fiber can cause chronic inflammation.

When you don’t have enough fiber, chronic inflammation can be the result.

And that’s really bad news.

“After a few days on a low-fiber diet, mouse intestines developed chronic inflammation.”

Chronic inflammation causes a lot of chronic health conditions…

… like diabetes, high blood pressure, and erectile dysfunction.

And it can make you fat – even if you don’t eat that much – because it shifts the way our bodies use food.

“Among other things, chronic inflammation may interfere with how the body uses the calories in food, storing more of it as fat rather than burning it for energy.

“After a few weeks, Dr. Gewirtz’ team observed that the mice began to change in other ways – putting on fat, for example, and developing high blood sugar levels.”

Just adding a fiber supplement isn’t enough…

Fiber is super-important to your health, but just adding a fiber supplement isn’t enough.

Taking Metamucil or eating a Fiber One bar will only go so far.

“For those who want to stay healthy, simply adding one kind of fiber to a typical Western diet won’t be a panacea. Giving mice inulin (a class of dietary fiber) in the new studies only partly restored them to health.”

It seems that our bodies need different types of fiber from actual food.

Which brings us back to fruit.

Ripe fruit tastes great AND supplies your body with plenty of fiber to keep you healthy.

It keeps your gut working right, your immune system strong, and inflammation low.

So forget what all those Paleo people say…

Eat an apple or a banana. It’s good for you.
