Today…another shocking topic. But first…

——-Important Message——-

My penis was shrinking as I got older…

My balls were smaller and less heavy… And I felt like what I had never got hard anymore… I didn’t even wake up with morning erections.

My doc said, “What do you expect? You’re getting older,” and didn’t have any ideas for me. He had no idea why my penis was shrinking…

But something didn’t seem right about that. My penis was shrinking and I didn’t have those rigid erections and sexual stamina that I used to have… But I’m not THAT old.

Finally, this explained it…watch this two-minute video that shows what is wrong with 22% of men (and their docs don’t know about it)…

Here is the solution to erectile problems that your doc doesn’t know about.

Medically proven benefits of using nicotine this way…

Tobacco has many medically proven benefits, and today many men are trying e-cigarettes hoping to get the benefits without the downsides of inhaling smoke and tar.

So, e-cigarettes have really taken off in the last few years.

But the risks of e-cigarettes are not yet fully known… You might be better off with other forms of nicotine…

There are many chemicals added to e-cigarettes besides nicotine – and some of these are harmful.

A new study shows that some of the flavorings used in e-cigarettes are inflammatory and could cause lung damage.

This cell study was conducted at University of Rochester Medical Centre and published in the Journal of Clinical and Translational Physiology.

The study looked at the immune response created by e-cigarette flavorings. It also analyzed oxidative stress generated by these chemical additives.

“We focused our study on the immuno-toxicological and the oxidative stress effects by these e-cigarette flavoring chemicals.”

Oxidative stress refers to the production of free radicals.

Free radicals travel around the body and cause damage to cells and DNA.

When free radicals levels get higher than baseline this is called oxidative stress.

The study tested the effect of common e-cigarette flavors on human white blood cells.

“Cells were exposed to e-cigarette flavoring chemicals: diacetyl, cinnamaldehyde, acetoin, pentanedione, o-vanillin, maltol, and coumarin.”

These chemicals are often combined to produce a number of e-cigarette flavor categories.

“The categories include alcohol, berry, cake, candy, coffee/tea, fruit, menthol, and tobacco. Some of these flavors are pineapple coconut, cherry, cinnamon roll, café latte, cotton candy, melon, and tobacco.”

Nicotine was not used in the study – only the e-cigarette flavouring chemicals.

“In this study, we have only focused on the nicotine-free e-juices, as the effects and the mechanisms of nicotine are well established.”

The study found that e-cigarette flavourings are toxic to cells and that this toxicity increases as the dose increases.

“Treatment of the cells with flavoring chemicals and flavored e-liquid without nicotine caused cell toxicity dose-dependently.”

Exposing cells to e-cigarette flavourings resulted in an increase in inflammatory proteins (cytokines).

Interleukin-8 is an inflammatory protein – it increases inflammation.

It is associated with gingivitis and obesity (to name a few things).

“The cells secreted the inflammatory protein interleukin-8 in a dose-dependent manner – a significant inflammatory response.”

When the scientists tested the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) they found that e-cigarette chemicals increased reactive oxygen species.

This is a primary indicator of oxidative stress and aging.

“The oxidative stress caused by the flavoring chemicals and e-liquids increased in a dose-dependent manner compared to the control.”

Another interesting and troubling finding of the study was that using multiple flavors caused more harm to cells than single flavors.

“Mixing flavors led to greater toxicity compared to individual flavors – multiple flavors of e-liquids are more harmful to users.”

So the crux of the study’s findings is that e-cigarette flavorings increase inflammation and oxidative stress…

This means that e-cigarette users are at risk of developing lung damage.

“The flavorings used in e-juices can trigger an inflammatory response – providing insights into potential lung toxicity and tissue damage in e-cigarette users.”

Probably the main reason people smoke cigarettes or use e-cigarettes is for the nicotine content.

Nicotine is one of the addictive substances in cigarettes.

While nicotine itself isn’t entirely harmless, it is much less harmful than smoking anything.

Many of the chemicals contained in smoke are far more harmful than nicotine itself.

It seems that we have the same problem with e-cigarette products…

The additives are more dangerous than nicotine itself.

If someone chooses to use nicotine, they could the lower their risks by finding a source that has fewer chemical additives.

You should see a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing any health problems.

Why does this solo activity work so well? Here’s what I’m doing now…

I did this solo activity and I found that my penis became hard much more easily…and I was able to have sex with my wife.

It’s all due to how this solo activity boosts a hormone called oxytocin.

Oxytocin is the sex hormone for long-lasting erections – and it lets you feel a whole lot more sexual pleasure.

The solo activities that I do increase my oxytocin and increase the sensation and pleasure I feel during sex…the whole time, not just when I’m experiencing orgasm.

And actually, the solo activities themselves are quite pleasurable. It’s no chore to do them!

Raise your testosterone, lower harmful estrogen, and get massive, hard erections again.
