Testosterone in the blood of a 60-year-old HIGHER than in a 20-year-old?

—–Important Message—–

Diabetes-free in 2 weeks?

Weirdly enough, diabetic men have cells that can NOT eat sugar.

The sugar piles up in their bloodstream. That’s why they have high blood sugar.

Because their cells are NOT eating the sugar.

And if you can get those cells to EAT sugar again, the diabetes is GONE.

How can a man get his cells eating sugar again?

Simply by avoiding 5 foods (that you probably don’t like anyway) you will reset your body into sugar burning mode…

…and diabetes can be fixed in weeks.

Here are 5 of the WORST foods that make diabetes WORSE…and how you can get your cells to eat sugar again.

3 things you can do right now to raise your testosterone

An alarming trend is occurring in men.

I’ve only seen data for the United States so far, but I would bet dollars to donuts that this is also happening worldwide.

Testosterone in guys is dropping steadily over time.

And scientists don’t really know why.

But I think I might know exactly what’s going on here and how to fix it naturally without enduring the damage that testosterone injections can cause.

I’ll go into that fix in a bit, but first let’s take a look at what is going on.

This drop in testosterone is not normal.

It’s fairly normal for men to have a drop in testosterone production as they age.

But it’s not inevitable if you know how to reverse it, and it’s also not a cause for alarm.

[cmamad id=”14418″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

However, scientists are discovering something that is a cause for alarm:

Testosterone levels in American men are dropping – fast.

“During the past two decades, testosterone levels in American men have rapidly declined.”

And this decline is independent of age!

This means that if you are a 60-year-old guy today you probably have lower testosterone levels then your dad did at the same age.

“The interesting thing we discovered was that, on average, when we measured the testosterone in the blood of a 60-year-old in 1989 it was higher than that in a different 60-year-old measured in 1995.”

And nobody knows if this trend will continue or stop.

But it’s certainly distressing because testosterone is a lot of what makes a man a man.

The decline was age-independent. “It is a little troubling,” Travison said. “The average differences are not very large, but they are big enough and occurring over a short enough time period to be the cause of some concern.”

Scientists don’t really know why this is happening.

Scientists can’t seem to pinpoint an explanatory theory for why this is happening, so they have no idea how to reverse it.

The researchers concluded that the decline in testosterone “does not appear to be attributable to observed changes in explanatory factors, including health and lifestyle changes such as smoking and obesity.”

But you can fix testosterone levels – if you understand the cause.

While scientists don’t seem to know the answer here, this is something I’ve been shouting from the rooftops for quite some time now.

Testosterone production is a super-sensitive process in the body and it’s pretty easily disrupted or changed by environmental factors…

These factors include (but are not limited to) the fake hormones that are nearly everywhere in our environment today.

Plastics contain huge amounts of estrogen-mimicking substances.

And these substances can disrupt the body’s natural production of testosterone.

And it wasn’t until the late 1970s that the kind of plastics we see today started gaining ground.

Before then we mostly used glass or ceramic containers.

Since then, we’ve been inundated with plastic.

And in that same time period, testosterone levels have dropped.

I don’t think this is a coincidence.

I think the rise in the use of plastics is a direct cause of declining testosterone levels in men.

Fortunately, there are things you can do personally to reverse this trend for yourself, even if you can’t do much about it on a larger level.

Here are three things you can do to raise your testosterone:

  1. Don’t ever microwave in plastic. When you heat up plastic it releases the estrogen-like substances that leach into your food. This can cause man boobs AND problems with testosterone production.
  2. Drink out of glass or ceramic containers. Don’t drink out of plastic containers (that includes bottled water) and, especially, avoid hot drinks in styrofoam cups.
  3. Change your soap. Many soaps – especially liquid soaps – are highly estrogenic. Dr. Bronner’s is a good choice and there are others as well.

Right now, men are facing a testosterone crisis that is absolutely not of their own making.

This is a real problem. But it can be fixed if you know the correct steps to fix it.

How to naturally raise your testosterone: Why didn’t your doc tell you this?

I wanted to raise my T. The doc said, I’ll give you these patches to use. They contain Big Pharma testosterone.

But they will down-regulate your natural production.

And men find they have a lot of bad side effects from these.

So I needed to raise my testosterone naturally. I asked the doc but he didn’t know how to do that.

I found a way that works by stimulating the Leydig cells in a man’s testes.

These cells have stopped producing testosterone in many men 50 years old or more…

…but fortunately, you can stimulate them and they will kick in.

…you will want to see this natural testosterone-boosting discovery.
