Superhuman mental sharpness – with this 2 cent remedy

In this newsletter, I’m going to tell you about something that can help you think more clearly, get rid of brain fog, and gain years or even decades of healthy, happy thinking and clarity.

But first, I need to introduce you to a feature of the brain called the blood-brain barrier.

The blood-brain barrier is like a system of superefficient guards guarding the castle.

There’s a moat around the castle and the guards are guarding the moat. They only lower the drawbridge when they are sure that it’s a friendly person who wants to cross.

Otherwise, you can’t get over the moat into the castle.

Here is a diagram of the blood-brain barrier:

Sometimes the guards don’t do their job very well and they lower the drawbridges for enemies that shouldn’t be allowed into the castle.

This is one big reason why we get brain fog.

Brain fog can be caused by a lot of things.

But very often it’s caused by bad things crossing the moat (the blood-brain barrier) and entering the brain.

In this newsletter I’m going to talk about things that can degrade the moat, allowing bad things into the brain, and some of those bad things that shouldn’t be allowed in.

This review looked at some things that are responsible for bad things crossing the blood-brain barrier, causing brain fog and probably Alzheimer’s and dementia. Things nobody talks about.

One of the worst culprits is having too much nitric oxide.

You can end up with too much nitric oxide in your body thanks to popular Big Pharma treatments for erectile dysfunction – such as Viagra.

When you take these pills, nitric oxide levels in your body are increased. And they stay up for a long time.

Nitric oxide levels can go up because of many other things as well…

Especially male supplements that include L-citrulline or L-arginine.

In fact, this other study shows how bad the problem really is…

Nitric oxide is necessary as an “ambulance” for the body – it rescues cells and organs when all else fails.

But you don’t want so many sick and injured people in your city that ambulances are driving around all the time.

And you don’t want too much nitric oxide in your body either.

Anything that increases nitric oxide increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier.

And lets bad stuff in.

The worst of the bad stuff that you don’t want getting through is produced in the gut.

While food sits in your gut being digested, it’s also rotting away. Bacteria act on that rotting food and create endotoxins that enter your bloodstream.

The longer food sits in your gut, the more endotoxins are produced.

Endotoxins are the worst culprit.

They are the most deadly poisons imaginable, so our bodies do have many defenses against them.

When the blood-brain barrier gets too slack, endotoxins are carried by the bloodstream into the brain.

And this is the worst place for them to go.

Another major culprit is histamine.

Histamine is an amino acid (protein) found in food. It can make the blood-brain barrier more permeable.

It can be difficult to avoid histamine.

It’s in foods that are aged or fermented (such as sauerkraut, yogurt, vinegar and foods containing vinegar, aged cheese), cured meats, and other things.

Histamine and endotoxins build up in leftovers.

Many people are probably more sensitive than they realize to histamines in leftovers – especially in fish, rice, or onions left in the refrigerator too long.

Leftovers also accumulate endotoxins – especially meat, poultry, fish, and seafood.

Histamine and endotoxins can overwhelm the body, loosen the blood-brain barrier and get through it – resulting in an attack on the brain.

Of course, the brain has its own defenses.

But over time this is going to cause brain fog.

Eventually, it will cause much worse problems. Maybe even dementia.

Another major culprit is PUFAs.

Yes, polyunsaturated fatty acids can also make the blood-brain barrier too permeable.

And they are also among the worst culprits that you don’t want getting over that moat.

These bad fats are found in all kinds of foods that are supposedly good for us.

“There is evidence that arachidonic acid from ‘bad fats’ acts via generation of free radicals in the course of its metabolism by cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways.”

One thing that can help tremendously is that amazing little drug, aspirin.

You can find my aspirin protocol in other newsletters. It’s a great preventative for many things.

But it’s even better to avoid anything that increases endotoxins or increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier.

How high blood pressure causes poor erections.

Men with high blood pressure often have LESS blood going to their penis.

And the reason for this is that the treatment for high blood pressure often results in low blood flow to the penile chamber.

Yes it’s true… blood pressure pills often mess with a man’s blood flow and ruin their ability to have good erections.

It can cause permanent inability to have intercourse – because you “use it or lose it.”

And men who can’t get erections because of Big Pharma’s blood pressure products will eventually develop penile fibrosis.

That can be the kiss of death for sex the rest of your life.

Fortunately, there is a natural solution that improves blood flow to your penis almost instantly.

And it makes your blood pressure NORMAL over a few weeks for most men.

Here’s the simple trick to getting better blood flow to your penis so you can have full, rigid erections again.
