Man discovers what is killing his erections

Every single time I go online to watch porn, my sex life with my wife gets worse and worse.

I can’t get it up and she’s thinking that somehow it’s her fault…and believe me, this is getting UGLY.

Because, no matter what I try, my penis is always limp. Every time.

Then I found out what my problem was.

It’s actually desensitization and it affects most men like you and me…

But one simple change turned everything around for me…

It’s like a warm-up before the race.

Here’s the one simple change that boosts your performance each and every time you have sex.

This unusual powder raises testosterone

Taurine is one of my favorite amino acids.

It’s safe and it helps get rid of male sexual problems.

It protects the heart and muscles, helps athletes reduce the number of injuries they get, lowers lactic acid, and reduces aches.

I’ve written about all of these benefits before.

Then I found evidence that it fights aging too!

Aging involves a bunch of stuff. Not very nice stuff.

Stuff that we experience in a number of ways.

Mostly it affects how we feel physically: We ache, we tire easily, we injure ourselves.

Other things are more visible. Shrinking muscles, for example.

This study shows how taurine is an anti-aging molecule:

“Taurine depletion is associated with several defects, many of which are found in the aging animal, suggesting that taurine might exert anti-aging actions.”

“Therefore, in the present study, we examined the hypothesis that taurine depletion accelerates aging by reducing longevity and accelerating aging-associated tissue damage.”

The study was done on TauTKO mice (TauT knockout mice) – TauT is a gene.

These mice have 99% less taurine in the muscles and heart than normal.

And they have about 90% less taurine in the brain and liver.

Their muscles shrink. They cannot tolerate exercise.

And they are prone to blindness, liver fibrosis, and cardiomyopathy as they age.

Muscle shrinkage is considered a critical indicator of muscle aging.

And it starts early in life if taurine is deficient.

Low taurine leads to a higher incidence of an aging biomarker called p16.

P16 is associated with whole-body aging. This determines lifespan.

The mice with less taurine also had mitochondrial dysfunction: “likely an important factor involved in accelerated tissue aging.”

And all of this shortens life, the researchers concluded.

“In this study, we found that lifespan is significantly shorter in male TauTKO mice…our data reveal that tissue taurine depletion affects longevity and cellular senescence…”

(Senescence has to do with cell division.)

Like most mammals, we normally have a lot of taurine in our bodies.

We get some of it from food and the rest is synthesized in our liver.

The livers of cats and foxes don’t do that job very well.

As as a result, they suffer from eye, heart, and reproductive problems.

What if our livers aren’t doing the job too well anymore?

There could be warning signs such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol that suggest the liver is not in great shape.

This happens when the liver is unable to convert cholesterol into DHEA and progesterone.

That’s when you might consider topping up taurine levels some other way.

How to get more taurine?

Taurine is available as a supplement.

Better still, certain foods are high in taurine.

The study mentions diet as the most reliable way to slow the aging process.

“…dietary intervention could represent a strategy for regulating aging.”

“These large levels of taurine are maintained through both the diet and hepatic biosynthesis in human beings. The main source of dietary taurine is meat, with seafood being particularly rich in taurine.”

So they’re pointing us towards dietary taurine from seafood and meat.

Seafood has other benefits for men too.

Like high levels of zinc, selenium, and B vitamins. And it’s delicious!

It’s also great to get the thumbs-up on eating meat.

I recommend cooking cuts of stewing meat on the bone.

Slow cook them in casseroles, hot pots, or ragouts.

You’ll get a wider, more balanced range of amino acids than when you fry a steak. (Balance is important when it comes to protein.)

And you get a satisfying, tasty, taurine-rich meal.

So much more appetizing than a handful of supplements!

——Important Message——

Remember: Taurine is an amino acid that raises testosterone, heals your liver, and helps you get and maintain erections

You can get a year’s supply of taurine for $15.

It’s safe and effective and natural (it’s found in shrimp and seafood, but you can get a lot more of it in the $15 bag that lasts a year.)

Men who live to be 120 consume a lot of taurine in their diets. I visited some of these men…

Here’s how these men use taurine to for long-lasting health and impressive erections…

See how to use taurine to live longer and get better erections

1. What are some common low t symptoms?
Low t or Low testosterone is a condition where the human body does not produce the required testosterones. This can cause significant changes in the human body. Surprisingly as much as 3 to 4 million men in the U.S suffer from low t symptoms. According to medical studies, testosterone levels in most men tend to fall after the age of 30 which is natural. But there may be certain cases like Hypogonadism where the testicle does not produce enough testosterone. Testosterone is a very important hormone for men since it regulates male libido and is the essential hormone which gives masculinity to a man e.g. deep voice, body and muscle formation, sexual drive and the production of sperm. Low t symptoms can cause symptoms like fatigue and low energy levels.Other common low t symptoms include low muscle mass and the onset of reproductive problems like infertility. Usually falling of testosterone levels is a natural process with age, but in cases where young men are suffering from low t symptoms, testosterone replacement therapy is advised. Low t symptoms also include erectile dysfunction among men and also causes decrease in sex drive. It can also slow hair growth and in extreme cases can cause hair loss too. If left unchecked low t can cause loss in bone mass and can be very critical to the human body. Low T symptoms may also include increase in the body fat and can also add to a condition where there can be swelling and tenderness in the breast area. It can also affect the metabolism of the cholesterol in the body. Low T can also cause imbalances in the sleep cycle and can lead to insomnia and other disturbances in sleep patterns. On a emotional level Low t can also cause depression and low motivation levels and loss of self confidence. The best approach to slow the cause of low t is to imbibe a diet that is sufficient in proteins and increase the physical activity of the body thus increasing metabolism. Steps should be taken to maintain a balanced weight mass and be involved in high intensity exercise regimens which helps to burn mass.

2. When is hormone replacement therapy applicable?
Hormone replacement therapy is usually advised for those who suffer from low testosterone problems might be causing different other medical conditions. This therapy involves taking hormones specifically, synthetic hormones which can boost the production of testosterone in men.But hormone replacement therapy may have various side effects and so it is important to talk to your doctor before going for a hormone replacement therapy. For men who have unnaturally low levels of testosterone in their body, a hormone replacement therapy is usually applicable. This maybe the case where a individual is suffering from a medical condition that has hampered his natural testosterone production process. For example if a individual has suffered injury to his testicles , leading to the disruption of the testosterone production process, doctors may usually advise a hormone replacement therapy.Individuals who suffer from hypogonadism ( where the testicles cannot produce testosterone ) are also potential candidates for the hormone replacement therapy. The hormone replacement therapy that are usually available include the use of Intramuscular testosterone injections or Testosterone patches which are usually administered to the back, arms buttocks or the abdomen region of the body. Testosterone therapy is also available through the use of topical testosterone gels. But the side effects of a hormone replacement therapy are also many. Replacement of testosterone can also cause or worsen instances of prostate cancer among individuals. But the benefits of the hormone replacement therapy may include increased energy levels, better sleep, reduction in unwanted body mass, happier moods and a greater self confidence among men.
