Drink coffee this way to raise your testosterone and prevent diabetes…

——Important Message——

Something you’re doing right now is causing dangerous blood fat to spill into your arteries…

And it’s wreaking havoc on your body.

But, more importantly, what can you do to stop the harm caused by blood fat?

The causes of blood fat have been known for decades: poor sleep, skipping meals, counting calories, cutting carbs.

All of these cause blood fat to skyrocket.

And that makes you fat, flaccid, and sick.

I was like that for years!

But after years of research and reading tens of thousands of studies, I found the foods that bring back your strong sex drive and the big, hard erections you remember.

Here’s what you can do to stop the harm caused by blood fat.

Add this to your coffee = potency will soar

If we can beat oxidative stress we can live decades longer.

Because oxidative stress is believed to be one of the main factors in aging.

It’s tied to atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, and Type 2 diabetes, to name a few.

Oxidative stress damages cell structure.

Oxidative stress damages proteins and DNA.

[cmamad id=”14242″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Our bodies use antioxidants to combat oxidative stress.

For most of us, a moderate increase in antioxidants is beneficial.

Could a cheap, easily available supplement like caffeine be a secret antioxidant powerhouse?

In this study, scientists investigated the effect of pure caffeine on multiple markers of oxidative stress.

This was a human study using 15 male volunteers between the ages of 18 and 25.

All of the volunteers were coffee drinkers…their bodies were already used to drinking coffee.

This may be significant because some of the effects of coffee and caffeine take a while to materialize.

Virgin coffee drinkers don’t get the same benefits as veterans do.

“We tested the ability of caffeine to improve markers of oxidative stress…”

The volunteers were given 5 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight.

That’s 500 mg caffeine for a 220-pound guy.

That’s the amount of caffeine in 5 cups of coffee.

Half of the dose was given in the morning and the other half after lunch.

Two blood samples were taken to assess changes in oxidative stress.

Baseline blood samples were taken before the experiment.

A second blood sample was drawn on the eighth day of the experiment.

Both samples were taken before any caffeine had been supplemented on that day.

Here is what they found.

All of the antioxidant measurements responded positively to caffeine.

Glutathione (one of our most important antioxidants) was up over 100%.

Caffeine doubled glutathione. This means massive protection from oxidative stress.

Oxidized glutathione was down by more than 40%.

This is the glutathione that has already been used.

Lower levels of oxidized glutathione mean that we are either recycling it more efficiently or our need to use glutathione is lower.

That’s all good.

Lipid hydroperoxides levels were down 70%.

This is an indicator of oxidative damage to fats, including the cell membrane.

Lower levels tell us our cell structure is healthier.

The test for overall antioxidant capacity showed an increase of 160%!

“Caffeine induces beneficial changes in a number of markers of oxidative-stress.”

There were no outliers either.

It worked for everyone in the study.

The only reported side effect was a slight increase in heart rate.

For most people, a more rapid heartbeat is a good thing.

Because a faster heartbeat means a faster, warmer metabolism – a metabolism that is more youthful.

Speaking of metabolism…

Did you know that many doctors still believe in the “rate of living” theory?

This theory says that we have only so many heartbeats during an average lifetime…so slowing down the heart will make us live longer.

Guess what. It’s not true that we can “run out” of heartbeats.

In fact, a faster heartbeat is generally connected with a warmer and stronger and more youthful metabolism…

And we will usually live longer with a more youthful metabolism.

Another reason caffeine is good.

A faster heart rate is generally better. Your cells can do more repair work.

And it turns out that there is another benefit from caffeine:

Oxidative stress damages cell membranes and DNA.

And the researchers found an incredible benefit of caffeine for DNA:

“Effects on DNA protection are demonstrable as early as two hours after coffee ingestion…”

These are fantastic results.

If caffeine was a patentable chemical you would not hear the end of it.

So to sum up:

Caffeine increases the most important antioxidant, glutathione.

But remember that caffeine has the capacity to be dangerous in high doses.

And for people who don’t use caffeine or coffee regularly, small doses can have a powerful effect.

500 mg is a lot of caffeine and should not be taken by someone not used to it.

It’s definitely a substance you should talk to your doctor about using.

There are other ways of getting the same results when you understand the principles at play.

I like to get my caffeine from coffee. But tea also contains caffeine and so do cola and cocoa.

When I’m not feeling like drinking coffee, I make this New Anti-aging Shake…

Does it really roll back the clock so you recover your teenage metabolism?

This simple little shake you drink in the morning can be the most revolutionary anti-aging system for men.

It rolls back your teenage metabolism through the miracle of cellular energetics.

Scientists at Big Pharma companies are spending BILLIONS on this, but now you can have a safe shake at home.

It has NO side effects except a wildly awesome sex drive, plunging estrogen levels, and skyhigh testosterone.

Here you can see it in action

1. What are coffee antioxidants?
Antioxidants can be typically termed as cleaners and its function is to act as oxidizers for the free radicals that attack the body cells and then flush them of out of the body. Coffee antioxidants are the type of compounds found in coffee that helps to fight the free radicals which causes cell damages. Coffee consists of powerful antioxidants like hydrocinnamic acids and polyphenols which play a important role in keeping oxidative stress at bay. The polyphenols found in coffee plays a beneficial role in preventing certain kind of physical conditions like type 2 Diabetes, Cancer and heart disease.Research studies have shown that there are as much as 1000 different antioxidants in unprocessed coffee beans and they play a important role in stopping the growth of chronic conditions like arthritis, atherosclerosis and many different kinds of cancer.Coffee consists of one very powerful antioxidant called chlorogenic acid which has been found to prevent cardiovascular disease. The core compound that is found in Coffee, Caffeine is a powerful antioxidant which helps to prevent diabetes, lose weight and also cure headaches and migraine. The prime antioxidant in coffee is called Cafestol ,which acts as a bile acid modulator in the body and is also considered a anti-inflammatory compound. The compound that gives coffee its bitter taste is Trigonelline which, during the roasting process converts to Nicotinic acid or also known as Vitamin B3 ( Niacin ) which  is also a powerful antioxidant and is known to prevent dental caries.Chlorogenic acid is also an antioxidant that is found in both green and roasted coffee. Lactones that are found in Chlorogenic acid acts as a fat inhibitor in the body and have been found to increase the metabolism rate proficiently.Coffee also consists of the Hydroxycinnamic acid, which is a powerful oxidizing agent and is found in three forms in Roasted coffee which includes 3-Caffeoylquinic acid and 4 Caffeoylquinic acid.Coffee also consists of the antioxidant Melanoidin and Quinine which has powerful capabilities in keeping free radicals at bay.Several research studies have also proven  that Coffee consists of more antioxidants than red or green tea or the amount of antioxidants that can be found in red wine.
