New study discovers a type of fat that burns with ease, revealing underlying muscles and making your penis look bigger.

——Important Message——

Men: Serious penile blockage…

The penis contains many tiny arteries and chambers that all have to be wide open for a man to have erections.

If these tiny arteries are wide open, hard-ons and great performance are automatic, just like when you were a teenager.

If the arteries are closed and clogged, however – which is the case for most guys 45+ – it can seem impossible to a fully hard erection.

But fortunately, a simple 45-second activity can open up those closed and clogged arteries…

…letting blood seep into each crevice of the penile chamber so the penis can expand fully.

Here’s the 45-second activity that restores blood flow and hard erections

The newly discovered fat that creates instant erections…

If you’re dealing with a little extra weight around your middle or anywhere else, you’re not alone.

People all around the globe are getting heavier and heavier all the time.

And there doesn’t seem to be any great answer to putting an end to this trend.

BUT there are some hidden causes to people getting heavier. One of them is the types of fats we eat.

But that doesn’t mean you have to resign yourself to being overweight for your whole life…

…or to getting overweight as you get older.

You CAN take charge of your weight and your health and live a long life with a full healthspan (that’s the ability to live well for longer).

In this study, scientists looked at brown fat versus white fat…

…and how the difference may help people take control of their weight.

Obesity isn’t a single-person issue.

While being a little overweight as we get older may actually be a good thing that has protective benefits, being greatly overweight (obese) is a major problem for many people.

It’s starting to become a global health crisis.

Obesity is a major global health issue, affecting all age groups.”

It’s a health crisis because obesity is accompanied by major health risks – usually chronic health risks that can cause long-term damage to your body and even death.

Conditions such as diabetes, cancer, erectile dysfunction, and other health issues are all associated with obesity.

“Obesity increases the risk of several serious human diseases, including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.”

But even with this direct association between obesity and disease, the fat we carry around on our frames is not all equally bad.

Some fat is actually is very active and consumes energy.

White fat versus brown fat

Most of the fat we carry as adults is the type that’s called “white” fat.

White fat is relatively inactive and just kind of sits there on our bodies.

White fat cell stores energy in the form of a single large, oily droplet – but is otherwise relatively inert.”

But the other type of fat we carry around, “brown” fat, is much more biologically active.

“Brown fat cells contain many smaller droplets, as well as chestnut-colored molecular machines known as mitochondria. These organelles [mitochondria] burn up the droplets to generate heat.”

Scientists are now looking at the possibility of helping people slim down and improve their sensitivity to insulin (thus improving diabetes) by helping the white fat turn into brown fat…

to make the fat more active.

“One possible way to tackle potential obesity, suggest researchers, is to stimulate the conversion of parts of the white fat into brown.”

So far, the ability to turn white fat into brown fat is controlled by specific chemicals or genetic modifications.

And these interventions haven’t been tested on humans yet.

…stimulated the formation of blood vessels in white adipose tissue by blocking the receptor molecule for a growth factor known as VEGFR1, an effect that was achieved in one group of mice by means of a drug, and on another group through genetic modification.”

But the results DO look promising – with the mice test subjects having a reduction in obesity and improved metabolic sensitivity to insulin:

“…increase in the conversion of white fat to brown, as well as a reduction in obesity and improved sensitivity to insulin.”

Perhaps someday this white to brown fat conversion will be standard procedure for humans.

Until then, it’s wise to figure out how to slim down right now so we can all protect our health in the long term.

I have a specific protocol that thousands of men have used to lose weight and gain vitality – including much better erections and sexual performance…

Thin with no gym: Here’s how any man can sit around, do nothing, and burn off 1,800 calories of flab every single day…

I hate the gym and I LOVE food, but I want to have firm muscles and a lean frame – that’s a problem I just couldn’t solve for decades…

But I started hitting the books because I needed to find out how to burn that flab on my arms, legs, and belly…

…I didn’t look attractive anymore. I had hard, firm muscles when I was young, but now it had all turned to applesauce.

So you can imagine my growing excitement when I discovered…

these superfoods and little-known supplements that burn flab without any help from me.

These superfoods and little-known supplements are cheap, too.

I immediately went to work ordering various powders and potions and superfoods and trying various combinations.

This is my perfected formula that lets me sit around the house while flab melts off, revealing bulging muscles underneath.
