Study: High testosterone, low estrogen, and low prolactin in men from this one change in bedroom activity.

——Important Message——

Here’s how to warm up, and GET it up… it’s the miracle of thermogenesis…

When men age, their metabolism slows down and gets colder. Have you noticed how elderly people are always wrapped in blankets and feeling chilly?

Well, that’s because with a slow and cold metabolism every resource and nutrient pours into the major organs (and the penis is NOT one of them)…

But have you heard of thermogenesis?

With thermogenesis, the body starts warming up at a cellular level and the penis gets everything it needs to stay big and hard.

And thermogenesis warms up your cells so much that you begin to burn fat een while doing nothing!

It all starts with thermogenesis – revving up your engine.

Here’s how to warm UP and get it UP.

Testosterone-raising bedroom activity

It always shocks people to find out that masturbation is not as common as we are taught to believe it is.

Some primitive peoples do not even have a word for the activity.

And I believe the amount of masturbation that people engage in varies tremendously across different cultures and different eras.

If you want to raise your testosterone levels, can you still masturbate?

It is true, that men who abstain from masturbation build up higher testosterone levels than those who do not…

But there’s more to the story…

In this study they had healthy men abstain from any kind of sex for three weeks and they measured their levels of androgens and various sex hormones.

Then they hooked these men up to continuous blood monitoring…

And had them masturbate to orgasm – the entire process was monitored from arousal to finish.

[cmamad id=”13935″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Actually, to after finish.

How would you like to be these guys? Jerking off in a laboratory for the sake of science, LOL.

The study showed that testosterone levels had risen during the period of abstinence.

Check out this chart that shows the prolactin levels and testosterone levels of the participants.

I drew faint red lines to show you before, during, and after the activity:

You can see that prolactin rises quite a bit while testosterone falls just a little bit.

A rise in prolactin suppresses sexual function.

It’s probably what’s responsible for the “refractory” period – when men have to wait before they can do it again.

When you have sex with a partner (as compared to with yourself), the rise in prolactin is much, much greater.

Dr. Brody is one of the finest sex researchers today. He and his colleague write:

“The magnitude of prolactin increase following intercourse is 400% greater than that following masturbation.”

If a man can learn to have amazing sex without the usual orgasm…he can avoid increasing prolactin and he can go as often and as long he wants:

Although the man in this study had tremendous amounts of sex, he did not have the regular orgasmic experience – and his prolactin did not rise at all.

It’s the rise in prolactin that kills libido and makes it impossible to perform again for a while.

So you want low estrogen, low prolactin, and high testosterone.

But how do you make that happen?

Well, here is a huge clue as to how to lower estrogen, lower prolactin, and have sex a lot more often:

When they gave normal men estrogen, their growth hormone levels shot through the roof and so did their prolactin levels.

Growth hormone and prolactin are both pituitary hormones and they are both inflammatory.

You don’t want them to be high – you want them low.

Even though it is common in today’s world of health fads to want to increase growth hormone.

In addition, if you keep prolactin lower you will also keep estrogen lower.

And here the study showed how to increase testosterone naturally.

Strive to maintain low estrogen levels and low prolactin levels.

You will be able to go at it over and over, and feel everything, and be a lot healthier and happier.

Is it true? Does this simple little trick make any man into a sort of Sex God?

This little trick is one I use all the time. It boosts testosterone immediately. And it keeps it high over time. Why does it work so well?

It’s a simple “solo activity” that boosts T and increases sensitivity.

You feel more, you last LONGER, and you become better and better in bed with your partner. It is AMAZING how hard you will get with this trick.

You could drive nails with that erection. What a feeling this is, it’s CRAZY.

Here’s the little trick I use
