It may be more important than testosterone. And it may be the only thing that can raise your testosterone safely.

Big Pharma wants you to believe high blood sugar is THE problem with diabetes.

But it’s not.

High blood sugar is a SYMPTOM of diabetes.

The CAUSE of high blood sugar is that the cells are not eating the sugar they are being given.

The sugar remains in the bloodstream instead of being eaten up by the cells.

The cells are eating fat, but they’re not sugar.

And that’s what diabetes really is.

Sugar piles up in the bloodstream because the cells can’t use it.

But once you start eating sugar again, something spectacular happens…

This is great news for men because, with the information uncovered by this landmark study, they can get their sex lives back again…

Unfortunately…Big Pharma is trying to bury this study.

But here is how you can reverse symptoms of diabetes using this Harvard study…

…and recover your fabulous erections and sexual stamina.

Get your diabetes and your sexual performance fixed at the same time – naturally – without Big Pharma chemicals, in as little as 2 weeks

Sometimes, what works in mice works in men. And yes it is quite possible for mice to develop erection problems.

[cmamad id=”13491″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

In fact, mice and rats and every animal studied can have erectile dysfunction.

In this Brazilian study, they made a striking discovery that can help you and me achieve much better sexual performance and go for a lot longer.

The rats in the study had high blood pressure (researchers can actually buy rats with high blood pressure).

They gave these rats cocaine. (I know, you’re shaking your head, right?)

The cocaine was to stimulate them so they couldn’t sleep well.

After the rats didn’t sleep well for a few days, the scientists tested their sexual responses.

And the rats had a lot of trouble having any kind of decent response.

Sleep-deprived rats with high blood pressure have bad erection problems.

They also measured their testosterone and progesterone levels, before and after depriving them of sleep.

The rats that had the worst erection problems also had low testosterone and low progesterone.

When they were given a bit of progesterone, the rats could perform pretty well.

Even after being deprived of sleep.

And here’s the really interesting part:

The rats didn’t get over their erection problems when they were given extra testosterone.

Only progesterone helped the rats get their hard-ons back.

In fact, the researchers observed:

“supplementing progesterone in castrated male rats can trigger the full plethora of sexual behavior, even in the absence of other gonadal steroids…”

The point to understand here is that we men need progesterone as we age.

There doesn’t seem to be a decline in our progesterone levels as we age.

However, our estrogen levels tend to increase.

So our need for extra progesterone is probably to offset our higher estrogen levels.

This and other studies suggest that progesterone can be a strong support for male function as we age.

Don’t think it’s all about testosterone. Progesterone is equally if not more important.

1. What does low blood sugar indicate?
A low blood sugar level also known as Hypoglycaemia is a situation where the glucose level in the body can fall low than the normal level. Usually when it falls low than 70 mg/dL,which is the normal glucose level, problems may arise.Sometimes when individuals who are already taking medications for Diabetes have taken too much of insulin, it can drastically lower the blood sugar levels. Low blood sugar indicates that the body does not have enough glucose to use as fuel, since the body needs Glucose for most activities. Some of the other reasons why blood sugar levels can fall below normal is because of diet or extreme exercise regimens. Some of the usual symptoms that show that one has low blood sugar levels include feeling of confusion and dizziness. One can also suffer from symptoms like a pounding heart, racing pulse and profound sweating if there is a fall in the normal blood sugar levels.Without swift treatment these symptoms can become severe and can cause issues like poor coordination and concentration, Numbness in the mouth & tongue and can in some cases cause seizures. It is important not to skip meals if you have diabetes. It is a good idea to eat at least three meals days which are evenly spaced so that the body gets the necessary glucose that is needed to maintain the normal physical activities. It is very important to keep tab on the blood glucose levels by checking it as according to doctor’s directions. Being well prepared in advance is a great way of making sure that one does not succumb to any of the severe effects of low blood sugar levels, such as keeping a sugar source ready and handy for consumption when needed.

2.
How to lower blood sugar?
The best way to lower blood sugar levels naturally is through exercise and controlling the intake of fats in the body.  Fats compete with glucose and can create insulin resistance and diabetes.Exercises like Brisk walking, running, biking, dancing and hiking can not only help in the use of blood sugar for physical activity and muscle contraction, but also manage blood sugar levels. Following a low carb diet is essential since it helps in preventing blood sugar spikes and can help reduce blood sugar levels.Increasing the intake of fiber in ones diet is beneficial and can help to lower blood sugar. Foods that are high in fiber like well-cooked vegetables and ripe fruits are great sources of fiber.Drinking the required amount of water that the body needs is a great way of keeping the blood sugar levels within healthy limits. Not only does it prevent dehydration but it also helps the flushing of any excess sugar through urine. It is very important to manage stress levels, since it can affect blood sugar levels too. During stress, the secretion of hormones such as glucagon and cortisol increases which usually caused the blood sugar levels to go up. Alternative practices like meditation, relaxation and yoga exercises help in reducing stress and lower the blood sugar levels. Good quality sleep has also been found to lower the blood sugar levels. Poor sleeping habits can affect blood sugar levels and also increase the stress hormone, cortisone levels. Thus getting a  good dose of high quality sleep plays a beneficial role in lowering blood sugar levels.Increasing the intake of nutrients like chromium through foods like egg yolks, coffee, dark chocolate, well-cooked vegetables and seafood are great ways of supplementing the body’s needs. Magnesium rich foods like fish, dark chocolate, bananas, and well-cooked dark leafy greens (with the cooking liquid) also helps in lowering the blood sugar levels in the body. In addition to all the above, maintenance of a healthy weight can help in maintaining a healthy blood sugar level that is essential for the human body.
