Here’s what they don’t want you to know. Can tobacco actually help you live longer?

——–Important Message——-

Breathe like this and watch your blood pressure drop…

This breathing exercise is easy to do and takes about 45 seconds…

It expands blood vessels. Wide-open vessels allow blood to flow without high pressure. The heart gets a rest.

Yes, it’s weird. Many men wonder how a 45-second breathing exercise can lower blood pressure this well.

So, I did the exercise when I woke up and in the evening before bed.

In just two days, this simple 45-second breathing exercise lowered my pressure by 5 points, and then another 5 points. And my pressure stayed lower.

Get amazing results from this 45-second breathing exercise.

Secret benefits of smoking (that the government hides)

Here’s a study that you will not hear about anywhere other than here at Daily Medical Discoveries.

[cmamad id=”13397″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

And it’s very important because it may show you how to prevent Parkinson’s, diabetes, and many of the symptoms of aging.

Everybody believes that smoking is terrible and is the cause of all the bad things that happen to people as they age.

However, it turns out that there are many things that smoking protects against.

In today’s environment is very difficult to get any funding for studies that may show a benefit from smoking.

However, be aware that Big Pharma is frantically working to exploit these discoveries so they can sell you extremely expensive treatments.

That tells you how much they think these discoveries are worth. Billions of dollars a year in fact.

However, you may be able to get the same benefits from very light or moderate smoking…

Or vaping, or using some kind of topical nicotine like a patch or gum.

Some guys in my classes are buying the nicotine vapor liquid – the stuff that’s meant to be used in a vape device or e-cigarette – and they are putting a tiny amount of that in a patch on their skin.

That’s a very inexpensive way of getting nicotine.

But cigarettes and cigars and pipes burn tobacco, not just nicotine. And there may be many beneficial ingredients in tobacco smoke.

Besides nicotine, there’s something in cigarettes you may not have heard of. It is cotinine.

I’m about to tell you about a study, and here’s something to keep in mind before you read about it:

Parkinson’s is probably not a single disease but a version of Alzheimer’s as it afflicts some people.

Parkinson’s and its cousins Alzheimer’s and dementia are extremely common – much more common than you would ever think.

Many men reading this newsletter are going to be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s in the future unless they do something about it.

And smoking or consumption of tobacco or nicotine may be highly beneficial for these men.

“Over 50 studies done over the last half-century consistently demonstrate a reduced prevalence of Parkinson’s disease among smokers compared to never-smokers.”

One thing you have to keep in mind is that nicotine seems to prevent further damage in the brain. There is no evidence that it can reverse existing damage.

“This effect of nicotine appears to be due to protection against ongoing degeneration.”

One of the things I like about science is that it is based on intellectual integrity.

That means you go where the data says you should go. It’s the opposite of politics.

So it’s great to see a study like this coming out of Turkey.

This study is not just about women – it is also relevant to men.

This tremendous study showed enormous benefit from smoking as protection against diabetes, obesity, and dementia.

The degree of protection is striking, especially for heavy smokers.

I’m not suggesting that you should be a heavy smoker, though.

Smoking has many very bad consequences. But the study is what it is.

“As a predictor of new diabetes, heavy smoking was significantly protective in all adults and in women (relative risk 0.13)”

A relative risk of 0.13 is a very significant reduction. Dramatic, actually.

Considering how common it is for men to develop diabetes, this is worth paying attention to.

The data is also quite compelling in relation to metabolic syndrome.

And notice you don’t have to smoke much to get the benefits.

Even light smokers were much less likely to suffer from the combination of obesity, high blood pressure, and susceptibility to diabetes.

Smoking seems to be highly protective against a variety of diseases.

Notice this extremely interesting finding:

In this study, men who were heavy smokers were found to be less likely to die. As long as they were physically active.

If they had diabetes, the risk fell dramatically, as we have already noted.

The truth is that for many men smoking does not raise mortality levels – men who are physically active or who would otherwise have diabetes.

You might want to show this to your doctor.

This is not going change your doctor’s mind at all, but it’s important to realize that there actually are some benefits from tobacco and smoking.

Especially very light tobacco use. Or getting nicotine through other media such as vaping or patches.

Nobody really knows why or how, but it does seem that smoking can protect us against many chronic diseases.

——Important Message——-

You will probably never meet these men who often live to 95 or older. But here’s their secret.

They are not vegetarians. They regularly eat meat, even pork.

They are not physical fitness nuts.

NONE of them work out, and NONE of them do purposeful physical exercise.

They are often smokers.

And no, they are not genetically gifted… When these men move to a typical Western country, they lose that longevity.

This proves that their long life and virility has to do with lifestyle, not genetics.

And the most striking thing is, these men have sex with their wives practically until the day they die…

…well into their 90s and even 100s.

And I’ve found ONE major health trick that ALL of these men do:

This ONE health trick gives them long LIFE, sexual prowess, AND cancer-free health…

(Hint: high blood pressure and high cholesterol may be ESSENTIAL to these men’s good health.)

Here is the weird health trick I discovered these men all have in common

1.What are the causes of lung cancer?
The principal cause of lung cancer is Tobacco smoking. Studies have shown that more than 75% of deaths that are caused by Lung cancer is due to Tobacco smoke. But Lung cancer has also been diagnosed in those who are non smokers. In those cases factors like exposure to secondhand smoke, air pollution, exposure to asbestos and diesel exhaust can also affect the lung area. Asbestos exposure usually happens at the workplace, a factor which has been increasingly found to be a principal cause for lung cancer. This exposure over a long period of time has been found to cause certain changes to the DNA of lung cells. This can lead to the abnormal cell growth in the lungs and can cause cancer. In many cases DNA mutations that are genetic can also affect the propensity of certain individuals to be affected by Lung cancer. There is also the probability of individual genetic susceptibility, which means that both smoking and non smoking members of those who have had lung cancer are prone to being afflicted by this condition. One another strong cause for Lung cancer is air pollution, particularly from industrial gas emissions .These emissions are usually laced with harmful elements that can damage the inner linings of the Lung. The prolonged exposure to heavily polluted air for example in highly polluted cities can also affect lung health and in many a case cause Lung cancer.

2.
How does kidney cancer effect you?
Kidney cancer is a health condition in which the kidney cells become malignant and go through hyper growth causing tumours. Most kidney cancers are found in people who are above the age of 40,which signifies that this is a health condition which usually afflicts people as they age. Kidney cancer can affect you in many ways. Usually blood can be found in the urine among those who are affected by kidney cancer. There may be loss of appetite and many do complain of pain in their sides. There can also be the development of lumps on the side of the abdomen which usually happens from cancerous growth. One can suffer from fever that lasts for weeks; this may not be caused by any infection or cold in general. Kidney cancer can also cause extreme fatigue and in many cases can induce swelling in the arms and legs.In extreme cases Kidney cancer can cause shortness of breath and sometimes may also induce coughing up of blood .Surgery is the usual mode that is followed in the treatment of kidney cancer, but for extreme cases Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy are also followed. Since medical research have not yet found, what causes Kidney cancer, one can take simple steps to lower ones risk of contracting it.Quitting on smoking tobacco is important, as is to avoid exposure to harmful chemicals. If care is taken to maintain a healthy weight with adequate exercise and a balanced diet, one can steer away from the risk of contracting kidney cancer
