Merry Christmas! Back pain got you down today? Here’s how you can easily become nimble as a cat again.

My penis was shrinking as I got older. Here’s how I fixed it…

My balls were smaller and less heavy…and I felt like I never got hard anymore, even when I woke up.

My doctor said, “What do you expect, you’re getting older,” and didn’t have any ideas for me.

But something didn’t seem right. Why couldn’t I have that stamina and hardness that I used to have? I’m not THAT old.

Turns out my problem was PENILE FIBROSIS…

Finally, this explained it…watch this two-minute video on PENILE FIBROSIS that shows what is wrong in 22% of men (and that their docs don’t know about)

Here is the penile fibrosis solution to male problems that your doc doesn’t know about

The back pain solution your doctor can’t offer.

Sarah was walking from the parking lot into work one afternoon when she felt her back go out.

She heard the pop and could do nothing but stop.

The pain was so excruciating that she was gasping for breath.

She couldn’t even make it through the door to work that day.

She ended up calling her husband to come and get her.

If you’ve ever experienced lower back pain like this…

…you know it can be a real ordeal.

It can keep you from work, it can keep you from doing things you love, and it can make life nearly unbearable.

And then when you go to the doctor for lower back pain, the first thing they will usually do is prescribe Big Pharma chemicals.

These back treatments usually come in the form of anti-inflammatories and painkillers.

Both of those have significant long-term side effects – sometimes they can even become addictive.

So when you have a back injury, it’s to your benefit to get off the chemicals and into other forms of healing as quickly as possible.

This study shows some real hope for sufferers of lower back pain. Maybe they can manage their pain effectively without the long-term use of chemicals.

Exercise is magic.

One of the hardest things to do when you’re in a lot of pain is to get motivated to exercise.

I get that because exercise just seems to make it all worse sometimes.

But study after study shows that exercise helps with all kinds of chronic pain conditions, including arthritis.

And it’s especially good for lower back pain (LBP).

Exercise alone reduced the risk of lower back pain by 33% – and exercise combined with education by 27%

In addition to helping reduce the pain, it also helps you function.

If you do the correct exercises, then you can expect to miss fewer days of work and have more ability to function in day-to-day life.

I don’t know about you, but having the ability to function in day-to-day life is super-important to me.

The severity of lower back pain and disability from lower back pain were also lower in exercise groups than control groups.

Ask your doctor for exercise routines.

Look, I’m not a doctor and I can’t give you medical advice.

But in my opinion, this is something you need to ask about. Your doctor may not think of it on a regular visit if you don’t ask.

Doctors are trained to cut and prescribe. It’s not their fault. It’s just how the medical system works.

If your doctor doesn’t know what kind of exercises to give you, then you could consult with a physical therapist who specializes in rehabilitation.

This is especially important if you want to get back on your feet fast.

Exercise reduces the risk of lower back pain and associated disability.

Be sure to include strengthening exercise.

One of the important things highlighted in this particular study is that strengthening exercises work the best.

You can combine them with stretching or aerobic/cardio exercises. But strengthening exercises are absolutely critical for your back.

A combination of strengthening with either stretching or aerobic exercise performed 2–3 times/week can reasonably be recommended for prevention of lower back pain in the general population.

If you have sustained a back injury, don’t let the doctor just give you meds.

You can often help yourself by working with a personal trainer who is certified in exercise physiology, or by working with a physical therapist.

You can heal faster, and get off the pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds more quickly.

The more meds you take, the sicker you tend to get – and this is especially true as you get older.

It’s important when you go to the doctor to make sure that you are advocating for yourself.

Don’t let them over-prescribe for you.

1. What causes back pain?
Back pain is a common ailment that most people go through a number of times in their lifetime, especially during their later years. Today’s sedentary lifestyle ,where comfort and lack of physical activity has become mainstream, muscle degeneration and low bone density can cause a host of ailments which can affect your back.Back pain usually involves a host of symptoms like muscle ache, pain that runs down the leg and the inability to move the back as smoothly as possible. The causes of back pain can be varied. Muscle or ligament strain has been found to cause back pain. Sudden awkward movement or repeated heavy lifting may cause wear and tear to the spinal ligaments and back muscle thus causing painful spasms. In many cases where the soft material inside the discs (cushions between the vertebrae bones) get ruptured or bulge, it can cause back pain. Also bone ailments like Osteoarthritis may cause back pain. In many a case where the spine curves abnormally (known as Scoliosis), back pain can occur. Often as people age, their bone density also lowers. This may make the bones porous and brittle which is a condition known as Osteoporosis. This loss of bone density can cause compression fractures when more than normal physical activity is followed. Lifting objects improperly or too heavy objects can also cause back pain. Individuals who are suffering from sleep disorders have also been found to complain of back pain issues.Lack of physical activity and exercise leads to weak and unused muscles that can cause back pain too .Carrying too much weights for a long period of time, can also cause wear and tear to the muscle ligaments thus causing back pain. Certain types of bone ailments like arthritis can also cause back pain. In many a case, depression and anxiety has also been found to cause back pain.To prevent back pain, one should maintain a regular exercise and physical activity routine, since it helps to keep the muscles and ligaments in a healthy working order.Walking, running and swimming are great ways to keep the body’s muscular system active and lean. Proper attention should be given to maintaining a healthy weight, since obesity can also put pressure on the back muscles. The way one sleeps also plays a important role in keeping the body free of back pain.

2. What are the methods of back pain relief?
Most Back pain issues can be resolved without medical help with careful attention, exercises and mindfulness. The quickest way to get temporary pain relief is to take over the counter painkillers. Also a hot compress or ice pack over the pained area can provide much relief. One of the best alternatives for resolving back pain is to take complementary therapies like Yoga or Shiatsu. Also known as Finger pressure therapy, Shiatsu is a type of massage therapy where pressure is applied with fingers, elbows or thumbs to the energy lines in the body. Acupuncture is an alternative therapy which uses a intricate system of inserting fine needles on specific energy points in the body, which helps to release natural painkillers of the body (endorphins), that helps in pain relief and healing. The Body weight can also affect the risk of developing back pain in people. So paying attention to keeping a normal body weight through exercises, a well balanced diet and proper physical activity is very important. Following a daily regimen of exercise is the best way to avoid back pain. In moderation, exercises can tone up the body and keep the muscles fit and in proper shape. Taking care to maintain a good posture is also very important, since a incorrect posture over the years may also amount to back pain issues. Too much tension and tightness can also cause back pain which is evident in individuals who follow a strenuous bodybuilding or weight lifting regimen. To that note improving the flexibility of the body by doing aerobic exercises or yoga in moderation is a great idea.Sleeping in a bad position without adequate support can also cause back pain,so paying attention to the mattress is of great importance. One should also take the time to adopt relaxation practices like tai chi, deep breathing and meditation, since they not only comfort the body ecosystem but also help in building a strong back.Massages are also a good way to relieve back pain since it promotes blood circulation, eases stress, relaxes the muscles and also helps in release of the endorphins, which are the natural painkillers of the body.
