How to get that “tight as a glove” feeling again.

Note this: Every man who has trouble performing sexually develops anxiety, and quite understandably.

And the anxiety can build up and become so great that he doesn’t even want to go through this with a girl ever again because it’s so painful and humiliating and embarrassing.

But this is a specific technique that lets any guy do it with a girl for as long as he wants…

And have her come as often as she wants…

The girl won’t even notice if the guy doesn’t have an erection… She’s too busy getting off.

What this technique does is increases your sensitivity, your sensation, and your pleasure. Your brain is rewired and your penis will always be hard when you want it to be.

You will never have to worry about it again.

How to tell if you have high estrogen.

Some people can have alcohol without a problem. And weirdly, whether you can handle alcohol well has a lot to do with your estrogen levels.

However, for others alcohol has very different and detrimental effects.

Let me explain…

This study set out to explore some of the reasons why people react differently to alcohol.

This study from the University of Illinois at Chicago looked at the effect of estrogen on the brain’s reward center.

Lab mice were selected in order to provide high estrogen and low estrogen groups to study.

The scientists then looked at the effect of estrogen on the brain’s reward center – to see how it fired in response to alcohol.

[cmamad id=”13052″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
They found that the brain was more sensitive to the effects of alcohol when estrogen was high.

“We measured the excitation by alcohol in the brain’s reward center and found that excitation was greater in high estrogen animals.”

They also found that estrogen had the opposite effect on dopamine.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter associated with reward and pleasure.

“We found that dopamine inhibition was greater in high estrogen animals.”

The reward center is more excited by alcohol when estrogen is high.

Estrogen also inhibits dopamine.

Dopamine is associated with pleasure and reward when it is within the optimal range.

It seems that estrogen inhibits our natural pleasure mechanism (dopamine) and increases our pleasure response to alcohol.

When scientists applied an estrogen-blocking chemical to the mouse brains it blocked sensitivity to alcohol in the high estrogen mice.

“Treatment of high estrogen mice with an estrogen blocker reduced alcohol excitation of the reward center but had no effect on alcohol excitation in low estrogen mice.”

The scientists then experimented with mice that had their reproductive organs removed so that they would have naturally low estrogen.

They treated these mice with estrogen and had the same results as with the naturally high estrogen mice.

“Mice that had their ovaries removed, when treated with estrogen, also had enhanced responses to alcohol and dopamine.”

Supplemental estrogen caused increased sensitivity to alcohol – just like natural estrogen.

The study shows that estrogen affects the way the brain responds to alcohol and that this response is correlated with changes in dopamine.

The brain’s reward center response to dopamine decreases as the sensitivity to alcohol reward increases.

“Estrogen changes the brain’s reward center, which may contribute to the enhanced reinforcing and rewarding effects of alcohol.”

These results may have uncovered for the first time why there are sex differences in alcohol use and psychiatric disorders.

“Estrogen changes reward center activity, which may contribute to the development of psychiatric disorders in females that involve alterations in dopamine neurotransmission.”

The brain’s reward center is full of dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons.

Both of these neuron systems are known to be involved in all sorts of behavior and mood disturbances…

…from alcohol and gambling addiction to schizophrenia.

Dopamine tends to act in opposition to serotonin. Estrogen tends to increase serotonin.

High serotonin is seen in depression and anxiety – conditions that are known to be alleviated by alcohol (for the short term.)

So there is a cycle of estrogen, dopamine, and serotonin affecting our brain’s reward system.

We need to keep estrogen lower to retain our sensitivity to dopamine – our natural reward neurotransmitter…

Though this study was done with female mice and written in the context of women, it is certainly relevant to men.

It’s true that females usually have higher levels of estrogen.

However, women also have higher levels of progesterone.

Progesterone opposes estrogen in many ways, so it counteracts some of the effects of estrogen.

For example, progesterone decreases serotonin – allowing dopamine to be more dominant in the brain’s reward center.

Men also produce estrogen but have lower levels of progesterone than women. This means men can be more sensitive to the effects of estrogen.

High estrogen affects other hormones too.

For men, important hormones like DHT and DHEA are often lowered when estrogen is high.

These hormones oppose estrogen too, though not as strongly as progesterone.

Estrogens are produced not only in female sex organs but also in fat cells – another good reason to keep body fat levels down.

Alcohol itself tends to increase the creation of estrogen and block the detoxification of estrogen by the liver.

This very interesting study demonstrates a couple of the ways in which estrogen can affect the brain’s reward center to predispose for increased reward from alcohol.

And it shows that if you have trouble handling alcohol well, that is a sign that you have high estrogen levels.

You should see a doctor about any health concerns.

1. What is a natural estrogen blocker?
Natural Estrogen blockers are plant based enzymes that helps to balance and control the level of estrogen in a human body. Some of the most widely used Natural estrogen blockers are Wild nettle roots or nettle leaves. Nettle leaves contain compounds that block the excessive production of estrogen. Flavonoids like Chrysin also helps in blocking estrogen too. Some other natural estrogen blockers are grapeseed extracts and Maca which is a plant based medicine from Peru. The other ways through which Individuals can control Estrogen is through control of Body weight through regular exercises and practice of a daily physical activity sport. Control of high fat diets and including fruits in one’s diet improves and balances Estrogen.Increasing the intake of cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli, kale and Brussels sprouts contain elements that can control Estrogen levels too. Elements like zinc in these vegetables also help improve the levels of Testosterone.Curcumin is also considered as a estrogen blocker and is a staple in ayurvedic medicine. Green Tea extracts are also considered advantageous when it comes to blocking Estrogen as it stops aromatase from working. One less known compound that is found to block estrogen is Resveratrol that is found in Grapes and wine. These can be considered some of the most effective natural ways to control Estrogen levels in the human body.

2.What are natural ways to increase estrogen?
Estrogen is considered very important in the upkeep of the human body not just for women but for men too.Reducing alcohol intake is a great way of increasing the levels of Estrogen naturally. It has been seen that reducing smoking also affects the level of Estrogen effectively. Some herbs like Chasteberry can aid in the production of sex hormones.Chasteberry increases the fertility of the body by boosting the pituitary glands to produce more Estrogen. One another herb that can help in increasing the Estrogen levels of the body is a traditional Chinese medicine known as Dong Quai.Though Dong Quai is usually used by women to ease menstrual problems ,it can help boost estrogen in the male body.Other herbs like the Red clover contain enzymes like Isoflavones which is known to boost the production of Estrogen.Other ways that Estrogen levels can be controlled is by avoiding any meat products that are not raised organically. Animals that are raised with Synthetic hormones may engender the balance of the human hormone balance, thus affecting estrogen levels too. Another alternative is to stop using parabens in personal care products ( which is unusually laced with them ),thus helping control the influx of Estrogen .A perfect balance of Testosterone and Estrogen in the human body is crucial for the efficient functioning of the body ecosystem.
