Single guys: The secret to getting women WITHOUT risking rejection (as revealed by a female psychologist).

This story starts with a fat computer geek who was a hopeless trainwreck around women…

…then he flat-out asked his psychologist Michelle:

“What can a guy tell a woman…

…to get her aroused, hot, and intimate?”

And thanks to her peculiar answer, this computer geek was soon sleeping with different girls on a weekly basis.

Michelle, his psychologist, had accidentally discovered this VERY strange fact about female psychology that is overlooked by most men…

…some of Michelle’s psychology patients were girls who revealed this VERY strange fact in private one-on-one sessions…

This is what the psychologist revealed about attracting girls.

Doctors don’t worry too much about what causes diseases. But they should.

Scientists do focus on the causes so they can come up with treatments. Or, better yet, cures.

Every man who’s getting older knows about prostate inflammation.

It makes you need to urinate more frequently.

You have that feeling of not emptying your bladder entirely when you do urinate.

You experience more urgency than you ever did before.

As it progresses, it can wake you up five or six times a night.

And it makes your whole day difficult because you’re mapping out your day based on where restrooms are.

Unfortunately, there have been precious few studies about the causes of prostate inflammation.

Here is an excellent study. It’s superbly done and it gives us a way to actually get rid of a lot of our inflammation naturally.

This test tube study was done in two parts.

First, they obtained prostate cells from men whose prostates had been mangled by today’s TURP procedures. (TURP = transurethral resection of the prostate.)

Then they infected the prostate cells with viruses and analyzed the results.

So let me first explain what it’s all about and why this is so important.

[cmamad id=”12746″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
Your body has a lot of defenses against viruses and endotoxins.

Endotoxins are produced during digestion. They are the waste product of trillions of bacteria living in the gut.

The chemical lipopolysaccharides (LPS) is one of the many spinoffs from endotoxins.

And LPS is one of the most toxic chemicals imaginable.

Even one trillionth of a gram does serious damage to the human body.

Since it is so toxic and prevalent, the body has a lot of defenses against LPS.

The chief defense of the endothelial cells (cells that surround tissues) was discovered years ago: TLR4 (toll-like receptor four).

Don’t ask me why they call it that. Maybe because it acts like a tollgate letting certain things in and keeping bad things out.

When TLR4 reacts, it produces a number of compounds that stimulate cell growth.

They also stimulate the immune system to go after bad chemicals, bad viruses, bad bacteria.

Sounds good, right?

Well, not really. The process of TLR4 activation is actually an inflammatory process.

And this is what’s chiefly responsible for triggering prostate inflammation.

Prostate inflammation can be stimulated by several things:

Probably the major one is those endotoxins produced during digestion.

Another likely culprit is the polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in our diet. They produce inflammation all on their own.

And it could be any variety of other things we eat and drink and take into our bodies.

But for sure we always want low levels of TLR4, because that means less inflammation in our body and prostate.

This study compared prostate cells that had been activated by TLR4 with prostate cells that had not.

Look what they found:

So the last thing we want to do is eat or drink or otherwise ingest things that increase our TLR4.

Infection is another thing that bumps TLR4 up.

In the study, cells that were infected with viruses definitely created more TLR4. As they are supposed to do.

Now, I should also point out that TLR4 doesn’t just cause inflammation.

TLR4 also promotes pre-cancerous conditions in the body.

That is why inflammation often sets the stage for prostate cancer.

How do we avoid excess TLR4?

For starters, there is a class of foods and chemicals that act on TLR4 receptors. You want to AVOID them.

Here are some of them:

This is one reason why people do so poorly when they are given these killers of pain in the hospital.

Killers of pain turn out to be killers of the person.

Because they release large amounts of inflammatory compounds as a result of their TLR4-promoting effects.

This is why you really, really, really want to avoid these killers of pain. Especially if you are already sick.

I noticed that ethanol is on that list. That’s plain old alcohol from alcoholic drinks.

Yes, alcohol promotes TLR4.

So how do we get rid of TLR4?

Here’s a list of some of the compounds that can lower TLR four:

Although we don’t use it much in this country, ketotifen is a common TLR4 inhibitor that can be purchased outside the United States.

And naloxone and naltrexone are very useful in many situations including blocking the negative effects of killers of pain.

Now we can see how these may be useful in decreasing prostate inflammation.

However, the best solution is probably nutritional, as with most things.

One way to fight TLR4 promotion in the body is to reduce endotoxins in the gut.

To do that we simply have to eat a diet that doesn’t produce endotoxins in the first place.

We can give the liver a rest and let it regenerate and rejuvenate and avoid exposing our body to the constant assaults of endotoxins in the form of LPS.

Get rid of leaky veins that cause erection problems and sport a great hard-on!

When the penis fills up with blood, there are valves that close and trap the blood inside.

The valves work by blocking veins that would let the blood OUT.

That makes erections.

But if the veins are leaking, then a man won’t be able to get hard.

When blood leaks back from the penis, it never engorges.

Penile fibrosis and diabetes are two very common causes of leaky valves and venous leakage.

But in fact, leaky veins are VERY common with men who have Low T Syndrome…

Yes, many men with low T have leaky veins!

And many men who are on multiple Big Pharma chemicals may have leaky veins.

Beware of harmful solutions to this problem…

The docs will give you Big Pharma chemicals like Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra. Or they’ll suggest implants that will create an artificial erection situation.

These are VERY poor solutions.

The chemicals will often stop working after a while. And they won’t solve the problem anyway.

But the veins can heal!

I’ve had MANY thousands of men recover, and MANY of these men had leaky veins… or were TOLD they did.

In one Russian study recently, this happened:

The Russian researchers worked with men who did NOT respond to any other therapy. Pretty difficult cases. And still, about 2/3 of them had substantial reversals of leaky veins.

Testosterone did the trick.

As it turns out, the body heals itself just fine as long as you STOP doing the things that are causing the leaky veins, and you raise your testosterone.

You can take injections or use patches… or you can raise your testosterone naturally…

Raise your T naturally – and your veins stop leaking.

The way you can do that is to get my $1 T Rewind system and begin raising your T naturally

1.Does a natural testosterone replacement therapy exist?
Testosterone is the hormone that essentially gives men the masculine features and traits. Not only does it stimulate the growth of large muscles, a deeper voice and the growth of the genitals at puberty , it also stimulates sperm production. As men age the production of testosterone also starts to fall, beginning at the age of 40.Usually after the age of 50, men face signs and symptoms of low testosterone like lower sex drive and vitality, decreased energy, erectile dysfunction and reduced muscle mass and bone density. These set of signs and symptoms are collectively called as hypogonadism.A testosterone replacement therapy is often considered the best treatment for this condition. But most often the side effects of this synthetic hormone replacement therapy, is more harmful than having one. The best approach would be to follow a natural testosterone boosting regimen which is not only safe for the body but also does bring a positive benefit to the overall health.Intermittent fasting has been found to boost the production of testosterone naturally. Including exercise regimens ,more specifically combining weight training with high intensity strength training has been found to boost the production of testosterone. Consuming a balanced amount of healthy fats through foods such as fermented dairy products like yogurt, raw goat or sheep milk cheese, and a rich regimen of foods containing omega 3 fatty acids like salmon or a quality fish oil supplements are wonderful alternatives.Increasing the intake of Vitamin D naturally through sunlight exposure also helps to increase testosterone levels. High levels of chronic stress that is a product of our modern lifestyle effects the testosterone levels. Following a regimen of stress reducing activities like meditation, yoga, tai chi, dance and aerobic exercise can help to improve and increase fluidity and improve the overall health. Add a minimum of 6 – 7 hours of sleep and it can do wonders in replenishing the testosterone levels of the body naturally. Thus in a lot of ways a natural testosterone replacement regimen is more beneficial for the overall health of the body.

2.What are some of the best male hormone supplements?
Male hormone supplements help in boosting the production of testosterone in the body. Of the most important and one of the freely available supplement is Vitamin D,available through sunlight. Taking Vitamin D supplements or foods rich in Vitamin D is the best way to boost the production of testosterone. Fatty fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel are endowed with Vitamin D and including them in your diet is a great way to boost Testosterone. Milk and Dairy products like Cheese is  a wonderful supplement and so are eggs which can help in the production of the male hormone.Fenugreek is a natural herb testosterone booster which has been found to increase libido and sexual performance, with a increased boost in energy levels and well being. One of the most essential minerals that is important in the production of testosterone is Zinc. Taking foods rich in zinc or supplements is a beneficial way to help boost testosterone levels. Foods that are rich in zinc include beef, lamb, toasted wheat germ, pork and chicken. Plants foods include spinach, beans and mushrooms that can pack zinc nutrients that can help naturally in the production of testosterone. Sesame and pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate and garlic are also well known zinc supplements that can boost testosterone levels.Random medical studies have shown that the Indian herb, Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera  helps boost testosterone significantly while increasing exercise performance, strength and fat loss. The common ginger has also been found to boost testosterone levels and increase sperm count. The amino acid called as D-Aspartic acid has also been found to provide beneficial benefits to those who are suffering from impaired sperm production. Nuts like Walnuts, pistachios, almonds and chestnuts are a great source of Aspartic acid and so are fish eggs and meat.
