No more flab, no more flaccid

I can testify that the fatter a man is, the more flaccid his penis is.

I was like that.

But how did I fix it?

Well, I found out that I was going about losing my flab and fat the wrong way.

My metabolism got SLOW. My blood sugar got wonky.

And eventually, I put the fat back on.

That’s why I discovered and tested the Fat Depletion Protocol.

When I tried it, I began losing a few pounds a week.

And I never let myself get hungry, ever.

I found this the easiest way of eating that I had ever experienced.

No more cutting calories.

No more counting carbs.

And no more skipping meals.

Here’s the easiest way of eating that melts fat and restores great erections

Are you taking too much of this?

Vitamin E is a very important part of detoxifying fats in the body.

Especially if you consume small amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which are found in some quantity in almost any food.

Vitamin E helps to saturate the fat in your body.

And there are a lot of other metabolic reasons why you need some vitamin E.

But, as with everything else, there is such a thing as too much.

In the study I’m about to tell you about, researchers caused mice to become obese by feeding them a high-fat diet.

This mouse chow was not just high in fat, it was loaded with PUFAs.

[cmamad id=”12744″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Loads of PUFAs, like in today’s standard American diet.

In this study, some of the mice eating the high-fat diet were also given large amounts of vitamin E in the form of alpha-tocopherol.

What’s really interesting is that, though all the mice became obese, the ones given high amounts of vitamin E accumulated fat in their livers.

They also became mildly insulin-resistant.

The mice that were given normal amounts of vitamin E became obese too, but they did not develop fatty livers.

Vitamin E protected the mice from the some of the worst effects of the high PUFA diet. That was clear.

And the high-E mice didn’t actually get ill. They just had fatty liver.

Using some very sophisticated analysis tools, the scientists determined that free radicals are very important in the process of depositing fat in fat cells properly.

In fact, free radicals are necessary for the production of energy.

But they also discovered that excess vitamin E suppresses free radicals too much.

Having too few free radicals interferes with the beta-oxidation of fat in the mitochondria of cells.

It seems that this results in the body dumping fat into the liver rather than efficiently putting it into fat cells throughout the body.

The researchers acknowledge that they gave the mice high amounts of vitamin E.

But many people today consume high amounts of vitamin E.

So, while vitamin E is very important, it’s most important to eliminate the fats that are oxidized and create massive counts of free radicals in the body.

Modest amounts of vitamin E contributes to health.

Excessive amounts of vitamin E causes harm.

Although people want to believe supplements are the key to everything, the real key is good nutrition.

Speed up your metabolism and regain youthful erections – here’s how

Did you know that as a man ages, his testicles stop producing as much testosterone? His Leydig cells run out of juice.

Your early warnings: Your stamina falling, your metabolism plummeting, and a flopping, flaccid penis (useful for peeing but that’s all).

Fortunately, you can recapture a lot of your youth by taking advantage of a discovery called “mitochondrial uncoupling.”

Fact: Big Pharma is spending over $2 billion a year on this.

Fact: Mitochondrial uncoupling drives a man’s T way higher, and moves the cells to a higher youthful energy level.

Fact: You can do this at home, safely, with a very simple cheap supplement you may already have…you take this one special supplement…

This one special supplement gives you back your youthful metabolism and boosts your sexual performance

1.What are some best vitamins for men?
A fully balanced diet which consists of the vitamins and minerals according to bodily needs is very important for health. The role of Vitamins in today’s nutrient starved fast food lifestyle has gained more importance, thus consumption of supplements is becoming a norm. There are studies which show that most men lack the necessary vitamin that is important for their body. Vitamin D is a very important nutrient which over 45% of many adults lack in their diets. It plays a major role in boosting optimal brain health, help control cholesterol and blood pressure levels, maintain bone density and helps in the production of the male hormone ,testosterone. A common way of availing Vitamin D is by increasing sun exposure and consuming eggs and dairy products. The next is Vitamin B-12, the deficiency of which can cause fatigue and nervous system problems. Vitamin B-12 can be obtained from eating animal proteins like lamb, beef and salmon. Some of the other important Vitamins are Vitamin A,C and E.These are also called Antioxidant vitamins since they help to fight the free radicals which speeds up the ageing process. Eating a diet which is rich in fruits and vegetables, especially greens like spinach, kale, and nuts can ensure the necessary nutrient needs for better body function. Vitamin K which is sufficiently found in green leafy vegetables like broccoli, collards and cabbage is important not only for the heart but also helps in building strong bones and is what helps in blood clotting. Consumption of Dairy products and fish is a great way of getting vitamin K.These adequate vitamins also helps to develop a strong immune system in men which is a powerful defense against diseases and many health problems.

2. Are you peeing too much?
Peeing too much or Frequent urination as it is called, is a urge to go to the bathroom a unusual number of times in a day and especially during the night. Frequent urination may be caused because of drinking too much of water, but it can also signal a health problem such as kidney disease or the onset of diabetes. In cases where the peeing is accompanied by fever, pain or any other discomfort it can also point to a case of infection of the urinary tract. It has also been found that prostate problems (especially a enlarged prostate) can also cause frequent urination. Another condition called Interstitial cystitis ,can cause the frequent need to urinate  accompanied with pain in the bladder and pelvic region .Sometimes a stroke or other neurological disorders can damage the nerves that supply the urinary bladder ,thus causing urinary problems and the need to pee frequently. There are individuals who suffer from an Overactive bladder syndrome in which involuntary bladder contractions happen. This often leads to the need to urinate frequently. In conditions where frequent urination is accompanied with fever, vomiting, chills, increased appetite or thirst, bloody or cloudy urine,it is very important to diagnose the cause of this frequent urination and in most cases a doctors intervention is necessary.
