Carnosine and what the Big Pharma complex doesn’t want you to know

—–Important Message—–

An interesting and sexy “side effect” from my new blood pressure treatment (my wife LOVES it).

I needed a way to lower my blood pressure. And I didn’t want to take chemicals from those giant pharmaceutical corporations…

I tried a lot of things to lower my blood pressure. But my doctor said my BP was still too high.

Fortunate, y I found something that works. I take it when I have a coffee break.

It’s a blood pressure “shake” I drink during my coffee break and it lowers blood pressure by 5 points right away. And then by another 5, and another 5.

Now, this is interesting… one side effect is that my penis stands up straighter than it has for a long time.

Last night my wife noticed how hard I was and crawled on top of me.

Wow – just wow – that wasn’t even possible for a long time. (Only days ago it was lifeless and limp.)

Here’s the blood pressure shake that quickly lowers your blood pressure and inflates your penis.

Have you heard carnosine = anti-aging, no allergies?

Our cells have numerous protections against environmental insults.

Among these protections are these little granules that hold an arsenal of powerful compounds and hormones.

Most of these granules are in white blood cells called mast cells, and each one is a tiny bag of big trouble.

[cmamad id=”12480″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Their job is to burst open and release their toxic payload when we are attacked by allergens, toxins, and other bad actors.

That process is called degranulation and it’s supposed to help us.

But sometimes even pollen or harmless bacteria can cause the mast cells to trigger this process when it’s not really needed.

This is why people take antihistamines.

Because antihistamines can interfere with this process in several ways, making us more comfortable and often actually improving our health.

But here’s a natural alternative that may help, especially at times when you are surrounded by allergens.

This study is about carnosine, not carnitine.

What’s the difference?

Carnosine is a compound comprised of two amino acids, beta-alanine and histidine.

Histidine (as you may imagine) is the amino acid that turns into histamine.

Histamine causes the granules in mast cells to release their toxic hormones and chemicals.

So you’d think it would be a bad idea to consume histidine.

But, as with many things in the body, too much is too much but a little bit may be perfect.

Carnosine, which contains both beta-alanine and histamine, is an example.

It powerfully suppresses the mast cells so the granules don’t release their toxic payloads when they shouldn’t.

In this study, they found that cells suffer when they do not have enough sugar and oxygen.

And being deprived of sugar and oxygen is a very common condition in our body. It causes premature aging and slows our metabolism, bringing us closer to death.

Carnosine actually stops this process.

In other words, it helps prevent cells from releasing these toxic granules when they are exposed to conditions of low sugar and low oxygen.

Carnosine is a remarkably important compound in the prevention of the damage caused by sugar and oxygen deprivation in cells.

Carnosine has an even more remarkable property…

Carnosine helps to prevent what I call “tissue cooking”.

Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are similar to what you end up with when you cook meat in a pan, except it occurs in your body.

Carnosine suppresses those AGEs and helps the body deal with them more effectively.

I have written before about how carnosine helps to prevent or even reverse cataracts.

In one newsletter I described how a simple eyedrop from a form of carnosine called acetyl carnosine can replace surgery.

So how do you get more carnosine?

It is possible to get carnosine from food, such as red meat or white meat.

Another thing you can do is supplement with beta-alanine. Here’s a great study about beta-alanine.

In this study people around the age of 70 were given exercise routines to do with or without beta-alanine supplementation.

Remember, beta-alanine turns into carnosine in the body.

These people were able to do about 30% better on their workouts after they had some beta-alanine supplementation.

This was not a large test – it lacked enough people to really be the final word on carnosine. But it certainly shows the potential of carnosine.

We suggest that beta-alanine supplementation improves muscle endurance in the elderly. This could have importance in the prevention of falls, and the maintenance of health and independent living in elderly men and women.

Important: If you are trying to lose belly flab, READ THIS.

If your scale reads lower, that may be a BAD thing… because that lower scale number may actually indicate HARM the male body… the muscle is draining away along with some fat.

And it isn’t just muscle that is lost… it’s precious organ mass, lean mass.

Heart muscle, liver, kidneys, even the brain and testicles shrink when a man goes on the wrong diet…

But I discovered that the Fat Depletion Protocol lets a man lose flab WITHOUT losing muscle.

And best of all, men don’t just lose belly flab… they gain nice, bulging muscles while the flab melts off.

You’ll grin as you tighten your belt another notch in the morning, and your wife will be thrilled at your new prowess.

Yes, your waist size gets smaller, and your chest and thigh muscles become better defined. Some older guys even discover that, yes, they have ab muscles, even a six-pack.

Here’s how Fat Depletion Protocol lets you lose fat but gain muscle (without gym exercises in most cases)
