Believe it or not, pain relief lasts 24 weeks. I do these myself and they are so much better than taking pain relievers.

People living in the high mountains of Georgia (in the former Soviet Union) and on the island of Okinawa live decades longer than the rest of us…

Scientists have found that the secret to their long life is “mitochondrial uncoupling.”

Big Pharma is spending billions each year on mitochondrial uncoupling chemicals that will duplicate the long life of these Georgia and Okinawa folk.

It turns out this cheap drugstore supplement can achieve mitochondrial uncoupling at home… without Big Pharma.

And, men, this supplement restores your teenage metabolism and your teenage sexual performance.

The secret to long life and high male performance is this simple drugstore supplement

2 pleasurable activities that relieve back pain

You probably already know that I’m NOT a big fan of taking a whole bunch of Big Pharma chemicals.

Not only can they have a terrible effect on your overall health and your life in general – many Big Pharma chemicals also have a terrible effect on your sex life.

And some that you would never suspect could cause erection problems often do.

This is especially true of what I would call “maintenance” chemicals.

Remember, I’m not a doctor. So I’m not giving medical advice here.

I’m just showing you the research so you have alternatives to taking chemical after chemical after chemical every day of your life.

The effects of maintenance chemicals can be especially damaging when you take a whole bunch of them at once.

Multiple chemicals can actually work together in ways that SHORTEN your lifespan.

And a major thing that puts people on maintenance chemicals for long periods of time is chronic pain.

Especially lower back pain.

It can be absolutely brutal. It can make your life very difficult.

But there are other ways to handle lower back pain, besides going on a bunch of chemicals long term.

One that’s been proven useful is massage.

Getting a massage sounds like a luxury for many people, but it can significantly relieve back pain.

This can significantly shorten the length of time that you have to be on pain chemicals.

In this study, they looked at patients who had completed five sessions with a licensed massage therapist.

And the results were really good.

Results provide a meaningful signal of massage effect for primary care patients with chronic low back pain.

Massage made the back pain better!

And even more exciting than that, the results lasted.

Of those with clinically improved disability at 12 weeks, 75% were still clinically improved at 24 weeks.

What’s curious about this particular study is that older men actually got more benefit from massage than younger men did.

It’s not clear why – maybe their injuries were a bit different.

Anyway, it’s great news for us guys who are no longer spring chickens!

Adults older than age 49 years had better pain and disability outcomes than younger adults.

Other methods of controlling back pain

The big thing here is that you want to avoid going on long-term pain chemicals if at all possible.

Pain chemicals can be really helpful in the short term, and sometimes it’s inevitable that you’ll need them for the long term.

But it’s better to do everything in your power to make sure you don’t have to go there at all.

Could combining these two methods be the magic bullet for back pain?

While looking into this subject, I came across another method that actually works like crazy on back pain in particular, but also on pain in general.

And that’s meditation.

Meditation can actually be super-effective for controlling back pain.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, this

may be more effective than the standard treatment for alleviating chronic low-back pain, a new study says.

Meditation works better than conventional medicine

For a year, the first group received the standard type of care for lower back pain for a year. Members of the second group used either mindfulness-based stress reduction or cognitive-behavioral therapy to ease their pain. The second group practiced complementary strategies for two hours every week.

At 26 and 52 weeks, members of the second group reported greater improvement in function and back pain compared to the first group.

So, while the cognitive-behavioral therapy group’s benefits dropped off after six months, those using mindfulness-based stress reduction, continued to see improvement a year later.

This led the researchers to conclude it may be an effective treatment for chronic low back pain.

I haven’t seen any studies linking meditation and massage together, but if you are on a lot of pain chemicals right now – especially for lower back pain – then you owe it to yourself to look at other options.

Getting off pain chemicals can really help with your quality of life, but usually, you need something to replace it so the back pain doesn’t overwhelm you.

I think that a combination of massage therapy and mindfulness techniques could really help.

But certainly one or the other is worth a try.

Back pain doesn’t have to rule your life if you don’t want it to.

“I tried Big Pharma and I got sicker and sicker.”

My wife has a normal sex drive and wanted me inside her… but she was so fed up that I realized she had waited on me long enough.

She was ready to walk out on me…

So one night I started my “dangerous experiment” and it resulted in perfect health for the past 10 years.

Along the way, I also discovered that my testosterone is 883 and I’m in my mid fifties!

This method works for ANY man, and it’s easy and simple.

Go here to see my so-called “dangerous experiment” and how you can try it out yourself
