1 daily habit that fights off 3 chronic diseases at once

Chronic diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and rheumatoid arthritis can be very difficult to live with…

And that’s understating it by quite a lot.

I’ve actually seen people show significant recovery from all three of these diseases…

But ultimately if you can prevent them, it’s far better than trying to reverse them or treat them later.

Today, I’m going to show you one simple way to help reduce your risk for all three of these nasty diseases.

A big factor that contributes to all three of these diseases and one that surprises people is oral health.

The health of our teeth and gums plays surprising roles in the health of the rest of our body.

Unfortunately, our medical system treats our mouths as “something other” and not as part of our overall experience as wellness.

Dental health is often considered to be mostly cosmetic.

But that’s not the case at all.

A recent study found that there is a connection between rheumatoid arthritis flare-ups and periodontitis, a disease that affects the gums.

By looking at data collected from arthritis patients…

Researchers found that the germs in the samples changed consistently across patients prior to flares…

…were largely ones associated with gum disease.

When she looked into it, Yao found that the germs in the samples that changed consistently across patients prior to flares were largely ones associated with gum disease.

This doesn’t surprise me too much.

Here’s the thing… inflammation is a key factor in both gum disease and rheumatoid arthritis.

In gum disease, inflammation occurs when bacteria in the mouth build up and cause the gums to become red, swollen, and bleed easily.

If left untreated, this inflammation can lead to periodontitis, which can damage the bones and tissues that support the teeth.

In rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation occurs when the immune system attacks the lining of the joints…

…causing them to become swollen, stiff, and painful.

This inflammation can also affect other parts of the body, such as the heart, lungs, and eyes.

Another study from Case Western Reserve University shows a link between obesity and gum disease.

The theory is that both diseases happen in patients who have runaway chronic inflammation.

Sound familiar?

“Periodontal disease occurs in patients more susceptible to inflammation — who are also more susceptible to obesity,” Pinto said.

And a third study published in Experimental Biology shows that the bacteria in gum disease can travel through the body…

…and give off toxins that cause Alzheimer’s disease.

Researchers are reporting new findings on how bacteria involved in gum disease can travel throughout the body, exuding toxins connected with Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and aspiration pneumonia.

It is believed that the bacteria associated with gum disease may trigger an immune response…

…that leads to inflammation in the joints, inflammation that causes metabolic problems, and inflammation that causes brain problems.

All of this from your mouth!

This inflammation can then exacerbate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.

It’s all connected! But you won’t hear Big Pharma talking about it.

I’m not even sure they are looking for a connection…

Instead, I think they are mostly looking to sell lots of pills.

The bottom line here is that the health of your mouth is super important.

You need to take care of both your gums and your teeth to have good health.

If you don’t, then your health can potentially really suffer over the long term.

For the first time ever, I’m blowing the lid of this well kept secret…

…how virtually every food is intentionally and knowingly contaminated with a toxic chemical that radically increases cancer…heart disease…

…even erections problems…

You won’t find this ingredient listed on the label unless you know where to look and how to read the label…

…it’s the most dangerous additive and you should avoid ANY food that has it…

I made this video to show you how to find the additive on the label, and what foods to avoid…
