I’ve been sharing this method for decades now — it WORKS

It’s time to run hotter
The diet industry sucks.
They get almost everything wrong.
From what you should eat to how you should exercise, most of it is nonsense that’s not based on science at all.
In fact, most of it will damage your health more than it will help you.
It’s meant to sell you stuff that will let you lose a few pounds quickly.
But then you stop the program / exercise / diet regimen and end up gaining it all back.
It’s a total mess!
What these so called health and fitness programs don’t address at all is metabolic rate.
Diet programs are great at SUPPRESSING metabolism (that’s one the reasons they fail), but they don’t do anything to raise metabolism.
Instead of suppressing metabolism, what you want to do if you want to lose belly fat and even man boobs is to raise your metabolism.
Researchers published in Cell Press took a unique look at what a “hot metabolism” can do for your body.
Most of the time when scientists look at weight gain, they look at people who are obese.
But there is a certain percentage of the population that has low BMI (body mass index) and are perfectly healthy.
These are people that are referred to as “healthy underweight.”
Now… your goal probably isn’t to be underweight, and that’s OK.
You can have a hot metabolism and not be overweight.
When the researchers looked at these “healthy underweight” people they expected to find people who were very active.
Instead, they found people who were not very active, but had HIGH metabolic rates.
“We expected to find that these people are really active and to have high activity metabolic rates matched by high food intakes,” says corresponding author John Speakman, a professor at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology in China and the University of Aberdeen in the UK. “It turns out that something rather different is going on. They had lower food intakes and lower activity, as well as surprisingly higher-than-expected resting metabolic rates linked to elevated levels of their thyroid hormones.”
These people with high metabolic rates were also very healthy.
They had good heart health, good blood pressure and low cholesterol.
They also didn’t exercise a whole lot.
You don’t need to exercise a ton or super strenuously when you have a high metabolism.
Moderate levels of activities work great.
“Although these very lean people had low levels of activity, their markers of heart health, including cholesterol and blood pressure, were very good,” says first author Sumei Hu, currently at the Beijing Technology and Business University.
The result of a high metabolism coinciding with good health doesn’t surprise me at all.
When your metabolism is low it leads to tons of health problems, but when your metabolism is acting like it should so many health problems just disappear.
The researchers on the other hand think that it’s because people have low fat that they are so healthy.
“This suggests that low body fat may trump physical activity when it comes to downstream consequences.”
I’m pretty sure they are wrong.
I’ve been showing men how to get higher metabolisms for decades now…
…and I’ve seen so many people turn their health completely around by raising their metabolic rate.
I know that for me, raising my metabolic rate has made me feel so much better.
I feel more energetic, I have fewer health issues, and life is more fun.
—-Important Message About Running Hotter—-
A hot metabolism is how they eat 2,000+ calories a day and stay rod thin
Take a look at the Harapeko twins from Japan:
See how thin they are?
Believe it or not, these little girls are two of the world’s greatest eating champions!
They routinely consume up to 6,000 calories in a single meal – and they don’t get fat.
Their secret is a hot, high metabolism.
And you too can have a hot, high metabolism and freely eat what you want without worrying about gaining fat.
