As we age, our bodies become more vulnerable to various diseases and health conditions.

Well, that doesn’t always have to be like that

And this is what we are trying to achieve here in this newsletter.

I always say: “See you at 120.”

Some people’s bodies give up at 60 (that’s why I’ve said they become more vulnerable)

Our’s will stay strong and vigorous till 100 – If we treat them right.

Today I’m going to show you one of the ways of treating your body right.

I’ll do it in the context of a very troublesome illness.

Glioma.

It’s a type of cancer that develops from the glial cells in the brain.

It can be a serious health threat.

Gliomas can occur anywhere in the brain or spinal cord and can be either benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous).

Malignant gliomas are the most common and can be aggressive, which means they grow quickly and can spread to other parts of the brain.

The symptoms of glioma can vary depending on the location and size of the tumor.

Some of the common symptoms include headaches, seizures, memory loss, personality changes, difficulty speaking, and vision problems.

According to the American Brain Tumor Association, about 40,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with gliomas.

And they are more common in men than women, and the risk of developing glioma increases with age.

In fact, the incidence of gliomas is highest in people over the age of 65.

And now, let’s come to the way of “treating your body right” that I was talking about…

Something that will significantly reduce the risk of glioma and that will positively affect all aspects of your life.

B vitamins.

Let’s look at the study.

This study was conducted at Capital Medical University, China. It was published in Frontiers in Nutrition.

The researchers conducted a study to investigate the relationship between B vitamins and glioma.

They recruited 506 people with glioma and 506 without glioma who were similar in age and sex.

The researchers asked the participants to fill out a questionnaire about what they ate and drank.

They used this information to calculate the participants’ intake of B vitamins.

The researchers then compared this data between people with and without glioma to see if there was a relationship.

They also looked at how the risk of glioma changed as the intake of B vitamins increased or decreased.

The researchers found that a higher intake of Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B9, and B7 was associated with a decreased risk of glioma.

“After adjusting for confounding factors, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, folate, and biotin in the highest tertile were associated with a significantly decreased risk of glioma compared with the lowest tertile”

They also found that the risk of glioma decreased with a higher intake of B vitamins up to a certain level, after which the risk did not change.

“The results of thiamine and biotin in glioma with different pathological types and grades were different. The restricted cubic spline function showed significant dose–response relationships between the intake of five B vitamins and the risk of glioma. When B vitamins exceeded a specific intake, the risk of glioma did not change.”

This is important because you don’t need to take huge doses of any of these vitamins.

Food sources seem enough.

Anyway, the study suggests that eating foods that are high in certain B vitamins may help reduce the risk of glioma.

The best foods to get those vitamins?

Eggs, meat, organ meats, dairy products, shellfish, and starchy vegetables.

Those will give you every B vitamin you need.

These days people’s nutrition intake is SO POOR… it’s crazy.

They gorge on food devoid of vitamins and minerals, then they wonder why they can’t seem to get out of hospitals all the time.

These are the people I’ve talked about in the beginning; their bodies become weaker rapidly with age.

Not ours.

And remember, prevention is the key to protecting your health and living a long, healthy life.

A Dutch philosopher said: “Prevention is better than cure.”

It’s also much easier!

Just a pinch of this powder lifts a man’s power… “down there” if you know what I mean…

It can give you more stamina, more energy, and keep you from feeling fatigued after a long day…

It helps boost testosterone, lower inflammation, and improve blood flow.

And it can even destroy cancer cells while preventing the build-up of heavy metals that causes Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Here’s the remarkable white powder that only costs less than $1 (and you only need a pinch).
