Obesity rates are skyrocketing.

You can see many fat loss products or programs everywhere – the demand has increased tremendously.

Looking at pictures from 40-50 years ago, it’s tough to find overweight people.

And now?

There are overweight people EVERYWHERE.

As of 2020, approximately 42.4% of U.S. adults (or 107 million people) were classified as obese.

Of course, this rate has probably increased even more in the last 3 years – the trend shows no signs of slowing down.

Are you aware of the problem?

ALMOST HALF OF AMERICA IS OBESE.

Even though “body positivity” is all the hype right now, being severely overweight is not something you want to be…

… especially if you are a man.

Why?

First and foremost, it’s a serious health concern.

Obesity increases the risk of a variety of health problems, including heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer.

Not to mention it’s a recipe for disaster in the bedroom.

Poor rockiness, low libido, premature ejaculation, and many more are the consequences of obesity.

Also…

Women prefer fit bodies, gentlemen – it’s the cold hard truth.

What happened that made people gain so much weight in the last decades?

I could write pages and pages about this…

All the usual things like unhealthy diets and sedentary lifestyles probably popped into your mind already.

But today’s topic is something you never thought would cause obesity before.

Light pollution.

This study was conducted at the University of Oxford. It was published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

What changed 50 years ago?

Now there are artificial lights everywhere.

In the past, there would be candlelight or kerosene lamp light after sunset – or a few bulbs, maybe.

Technological devices, street lamps, and literally EVERYTHING emits artificial light now.

The problem is that they emit blue light…

This disrupts the body’s biological clock (circadian rhythm).

Normally blue light comes only from the sun.

When you expose yourself to blue light at night, your body goes out of balance.

This leads to many problems, obesity being one of them.

“There has been a worldwide epidemic of obesity in recent decades. In animal studies, there is convincing evidence that light exposure causes weight gain, even when calorie intake and physical activity are held constant.”

In this study, more than 100,000 women’s body parameters and the amount of light they were exposed to at night were measured for 10 years.

“Using multinomial logistic regression, we examined the association between exposure to LAN and obesity in questionnaire data from over 100,000 women in the Breakthrough Generations Study, a cohort study of women aged 16 years or older who were living in the United Kingdom and recruited during 2003–2012.”

The researchers found that the more light they were exposed to at night, the higher the obesity rate.

“Disruption of sleep and circadian rhythms by exposure to light at night (LAN) might be one mechanism contributing to the rise in obesity.”

Light at night (LAN) literally caused havoc in woman’s bodies.

“The odds of obesity, measured using body mass index, waist:hip ratio, waist:height ratio, and waist circumference, increased with increasing levels of LAN exposure, even after adjustment for potential confounders such as sleep duration, alcohol intake, physical activity, and current smoking.”

In this study, only women were examined, but I assure you that it is not much different for men.

Blue light at night is harmful to ALL humanity.

You need to reduce it as much as you can after sunset.

Here are some things you can do to do this:

  • Reduce your use of technological devices
  • Replace household light bulbs with red bulbs
  • Install blue light-reducing apps on your phone and computer.
  • Wear blue-light-blocking glasses

Red light does not disrupt the circadian rhythm, so you won’t have to stay in the dark.

If you make these adjustments, your life will change.

Banned because it works too well — the simple supplement that burns away belly fat while building more muscle

In the 1930s, a shocking scientific experiment proved that a simple supplement could literally burn fat away in men…

And it didn’t just burn the fat away, it increased muscle mass, testosterone, and libido…

…and it naturally lowered all the bad stress hormones in the body…

…including cortisol that leads to belly fat, erections problems, and dreaded “man boobs” that women hate.

And then they banned this simple supplement… simply because it was working too well…

You see, it was effectively killing off the diet and exercise industries…

And Big Pharma wanted to sell men expensive treatments instead.

So they banned it… but I brought it back…

…and it’s in a new natural form that I call Thermo 3 that’s just for men
