Proof this actually does reduce testosterone

Lately, I’ve been researching the effects of EMF exposure on male health.

The findings?

I don’t want to do fear-mongering, but…

… they are horrible.

It’s only 10 or 15 years since we’ve been exposed to such high levels of EMF.

EMFs are electromagnetic fields that are emitted from electrical devices by the way.

Think of wireless, computers, and cell phones — any type of technological device.

Our bodies are not accustomed to it — they are quite new.

We talk about food, nutrition, exercise, and other types of lifestyle choices all the time.

But we DON’T talk about EMFs enough. No one does, really. The average person doesn’t even know what EMFs are or how they can affect us.

Gentlemen, we can’t be “average.” We are better than that. This newsletter is all about improving our health – from every aspect.

And if EMFs are harmful, we must reduce our exposure.

And unfortunately, they are. Research shows they are.

You’ll see more studies on this topic in this newsletter in the coming months, so be ready for that.

Today’s study is about the effects of wireless radiation on our reproductive hormones.

Let’s see.

This study was conducted at the University of Malaysia. It was published in Frontiers in Physiology.

Testosterone is among the most valuable hormones for men.

The more you have it, the better you’ll feel.

You’ll have more energy. You’ll be happier. You’ll be a ROCKSTAR in bed.

Who wouldn’t want that?

I certainly would.

Even most young guys don’t have the testosterone level I do.

And let me tell you this: I started to feel invincible once I surpassed the 900ug blood T levels.

You can do that, too — start with reducing EMF exposure.

The researchers reviewed studies on the effects of EMFs emitted by wireless devices on male reproductive hormones.

“Exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation (RF-EMR) from various wireless devices has increased dramatically with the advancement of technology. One of the most vulnerable organs to the RF-EMR is the testes.”

They considered factors that could affect the biological effect of EMFs, such as the duration of mobile phone use and the energy absorption rate of EMFs in tissues.

The studies found that EMFs DO REDUCE testosterone, and the effect on other hormones is still unclear — probably detrimental to them, too.

“RF-EMR emitted by mobile phones and Wi-Fi devices can cause testosterone reduction.“

Because our testes are vulnerable to EMFs due to high cell division and mitochondrial oxygen consumption, making them susceptible to oxidative stress.

“As a result of extensive cell proliferation, replication errors occur, resulting in DNA fragmentation in the sperm. While high oxygen consumption increases the level of oxidative phosphorylation by-products (free radicals) in the mitochondria.”

Moreover, wireless radiation produces heat, which is also BAD for our testes.

“Furthermore, due to its inability to effectively dissipate excess heat, testes are also susceptible to thermal effects from RF-EMR exposure.“

The closer you put your cellphones or computers to your balls, the more effects get SERIOUS.

You should start using cable internet and reducing your technology usage.

“Thus, limiting the use of wireless devices is recommended.”

Put your cell phones in airplane mode while you don’t use them.

Never use your laptops on your laps.

And look for other ways to reduce your EMF exposure.

Are you wiping with toxic estrogenic toilet paper?

I’ve discovered a toxic estrogenic chemical hiding in 80% of all toilet paper brands…

And every time we wipe ourselves with this toilet paper, estrogenic toxins go directly through our skin and into our bloodstream…

Almost like we’re giving ourselves a toxic enema!

And this estrogenic toxin is directly linked to prostate problems in men, even cancer.

So here are the toilet paper brands to avoid if you want to protect your prostate
