And when your intestines are covered with this bad fat, the body stops refining and using sugar…

And it starts piling up as glycogen, which can really mess up not just your gut, but your liver and metabolism too.

It can even cause diabetes.

But this one special supplement I found can stop this rapid gut deterioration…

This one special supplement is cheap and easy, and it REVERSES the effects of bad fats on performance in bed and health.

Here’s how to use it to get these bad fats out of your gut for good

We have these things called synapses in our brains.

Synapses act as messengers between two neurons, i.e., they carry messages in the brain.

Synapses are vital to the brain’s function, especially regarding memory.

But with age, the brain starts to atrophy…

Thus, these synapses shrink, disappear, and their plasticity decreases.

This leads to forgetfulness, anxiety, and cognitive decline.

And the quality of daily life starts to decline.

But this doesn’t necessarily happen to everyone.

Scientists say these mental functions can be preserved through lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet, active lifestyle, and quality sleep.

But there may be times when these are not enough…

So what to do then?

Researchers have shown that magnesium can be very effective in this regard.

Magnesium may be the most popular mineral in recent times.

You probably hear about it everywhere.

It’s for a good reason.

Magnesium is the mineral with the most functions in the body…

…and unfortunately, it’s also the one most commonly deficient.

One of the functions of magnesium, which is relevant to our topic, is to take part in the structure of the synapses I’ve just told you about.

Research shows that magnesium is critical in controlling synapse density and plasticity.

And because we don’t get enough magnesium from food, researchers recommend supplements.

But there is a catch…

Common forms of magnesium, such as glycinate, taurate, and malate, cannot cross the brain barrier and have difficulty raising brain magnesium levels.

In fact, according to one study, increasing blood magnesium levels by 300% only increased magnesium in cerebrospinal fluid by 19%.

That’s why scientists have created a brand new form of magnesium.

Magnesium Threonate.

This form easily crosses the brain barrier and effectively increases the magnesium content in the cerebrospinal fluid.

This human study was published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Having known what I have just told you, the researchers wanted to evaluate the efficacy of Magnesium Threonate (MMFS-01) in its ability to reverse cognitive impairment.

So, they conducted a randomized controlled trial.

They recruited 50 men and women aged 50-70 who were experiencing memory and cognitive problems.

Patients received magnesium threonate at 1.5 grams per day for 12 weeks.

At the end of this period, the patients underwent a long series of tests to measure their cognitive function.

“The effect of MMFS-01 on cognitive ability was evaluated in four cognitive domains: executive function, working memory, attention, and episodic memory by administration of the Trail Making, DigitSpan, Flanker, and Face-Name tests.”

The results were outstanding.

Patients showed improvement in all of these tests.

So, this means that magnesium threonate increases the magnesium content in the brain and nourishes the synapses.

“MMFS-01 treatment resulted in an improvement in multiple individual cognitive domains. After 6 weeks of treatment with MMFS-01, we observed improvements in executive function (TMT-B) and working memory (DigitSpan), and after 12 weeks, we observed improvement in episodic memory, associated with the hippocampus.

The results also showed that magnesium threonate improved not only one part of the brain but also other parts.

“These observations suggest that the mechanisms of action of MMFS-01 might work at different time scales in different brain areas.”

In conclusion, this research proved the role of magnesium in the brain…

… and the success of magnesium threonate in increasing the magnesium content in the brain.

It is very likely to be deficient in magnesium.

Suppose you are getting older and have problems with your memory and brain function…

In that case, the magnesium supplement you should take is the Threonate form.

And, of course, don’t forget to follow the other strategies I mentioned above.

The way to appear young is to maintain a sharp memory and mind.

Remember: The moment you are forgetful, is the moment those around you see you as “an old man”.

I’ve found that you can get and keep the sharpest memory and mind — never forget where you left your keys.

Never miss appointments. Remember what your boss needs from you and be the sharpest guy in the room.

Plus this discovery makes you thin — and it can reverse Alzheimer’s symptoms.

I’ve dug up the studies that prove THIS is the true cause of Alzheimer’s, and I’ve also discovered a method to prevent it from ever happening to you.
