Say what? Breathe the fat out??
Did you know that calories can be burned up inside the body automatically, resulting in fat loss?
Fat loss = body heat + carbon dioxide + water
So you can literally BREATHE the fat out.
How does it work?
In every cell are energy producing organs called mitochondria.
Substances such as Thermo 3 excite the mitochondria so they burn more fat and create more carbon dioxide.
You will feel warmer…and you’ll be breathing the fat out with every breath you take.
But is it safe?
It’s so safe that it’s been used for thousands of years…but never before has Thermo 3 been concentrated in quite this way.
Making it quite useful for any man who wants to lose belly fat.
And with Thermo 3, men are naturally replacing belly fat with lean, hard muscle, improving their manly function, and living decades of happy healthy life.
But after millions of men started using Thermo 3, the door was slammed shut by guess who?
That’s right… Big Pharma…
But now a new door has opened, allowing any man to seize the benefits of using Thermo 3 — simply, safely and naturally…
But there’s no telling when this door will slam shut again…so don’t wait…
Discover how to breathe the fat out with Thermo 3

There is no doubt that obesity is an increasing problem in the United States and worldwide.
Even after decades of nutritional guidelines and intervention in food the system — the problem continues to escalate.
It’s time to consider that some of the assumptions about the causes of the obesity epidemic are wrong.
One of the fundamental elements of the current obesity paradigm is that carbohydrates — particularly sugar — are the major cause of increasing body fat and obesity.
Yet when populations eat less sugar they continue to get fatter – obesity goes up.
Those were the findings of researchers who analysed the situation in Australia.
The nutrition research was carried out by the Australian diabetes Council. The results were published in the journal Nutrients.
A number of well publicized papers have claimed that increasing sugar is associated with obesity in the United States.
That research had problems in how they categorized sugar intake and in that they failed to look at other obesity-causing foods (polyunsaturated fats).
That research aside – this study was designed to look at the state of play in Australia.
“Ecological research from the USA has demonstrated a positive relationship between sugars consumption and prevalence of obesity; however, the relationship in other nations is not well described.”
The researchers used information collected over the last 30 years.
“This study analyzed the trends in obesity and sugar consumption in Australia over the past 30 years.”
Since the 1980s, the rates of obesity in Australia have tripled.
“The prevalence of obesity has increased threefold in Australians since 1980.”
In the same time period the consumption of sucrose decreased by 23%.
“In Australia, per capita consumption of refined sugars decreased by 23%.”
Sucrose is the common white table sugar which is present in fruits and added to many processed foods.
Sugar consumption went down significantly while obesity rates tripled.
There are of course other sugars which are said to cause obesity. So the researchers then looked at those too.
The researchers included other sugars like fructose in another analysis.
Consumption of all added sugars decreased by 16% in Australia during the time where obesity rates tripled.
“When all sources of nutritive sweeteners, including high fructose corn syrups, were considered, per capita consumption decreased in Australia (-16%).”
Sometimes health experts will claim that it is specifically sodas – AKA sugar sweetened beverages which cause obesity.
The consumption of these sweet drinks also decreased significantly while obesity climbed.
“There was a reduction in sales of sugar sweetened beverages by 64 million liters from 2002 to 2006.”
The researchers also found that children were drinking significantly less of these sugar sweetened beverages over time.
But the obesity rates skyrocketed.
“There was a reduction in the percentage of children consuming sugar sweetened beverages between 1995 and 2007.”
So here we have a paradox.
In nutritional science a paradox occurs when the theory is wrong but the researchers haven’t figured that out. There are many nutritional paradoxes.
“The findings confirm an “Australian Paradox”–a substantial decline in refined sugars intake over the same timeframe that obesity has increased.”
The truth is that sugar does not have a significant role in the obesity epidemic.
Numerous studies have indicated that polyunsaturated fats have a major role to play in obesity.
There are other factors too, increasing estrogen and cortisol levels in the general population for starters.
The evidence from Australia is pretty clear. Reducing sugar does not decrease obesity rates — quite the opposite.
“The implication is that efforts to reduce sugar intake may reduce consumption but may not reduce the prevalence of obesity.”
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

Men who eat sugar, BURN sugar — and here’s why that’s a GREAT thing
Remember being a kid and being warm and full of energy all the time?
You’d go outside to play in the cold and wouldn’t even want your jacket.
It’s ‘cause as kids, we are always burning up… our bodies are constantly burning SUGAR.
YOUTH is sugar burning. Even scientists agree.
But as we age, our metabolisms get slow and cold, and instead of burning sugar for energy, the body starts burning fat…
And believe it or not, this is a BAD thing.
Do you know what eventually happens to men who only burn fat and not sugar?
Diabetes, low testosterone, “rockiness” problems, obesity, more age-related diseases, even cancer…
So a hot, fast sugar-burning metabolism is the key to remaining young and healthy no matter how old you are.
