Men: here’s how to activate the neurotrophic factor and increase pleasure 70%

This reverses decades of low penile sensitivity, providing “rockiness” like it was when you were a young man…and making pleasure exquisite…

Remember: men can lose 70-80% of their penile sensitivity by the time they’re 50…

But with the neurotrophic factor, you restore sensation and sensitivity back into your member…

…and you can actually INCREASE your pleasure threshold, so you feel more than you ever thought possible…

Perfect for these situations:

  1. Men who have experienced difficulty getting “rocky”
  2. Men who are going soft during intercourse
  3. Men who grind away and can’t come at all

Once you focus on your lack of penile feeling, you are suddenly aware that this has been a problem forever!

It’s like realizing you need glasses — everything seems fine until you put them on for the first time and realize how much BETTER things can be…

Discover how to activate the neurotrophic factor for free right now

8oz of this one food gives men 120/80 pressure

Over a decade ago, researchers began to notice some clear trends in population health data.

People who ate more fruit and vegetables had far better health outcomes.

Further analysis showed that increasing the amount of fresh fruit in your diet can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.

Now researchers are investigating specific fruits.

Blueberries have proven to be helpful for many symptoms of metabolic syndrome.

Recently, researchers discovered that blueberries can also significantly lower blood pressure.

The experiments even identified the beneficial compounds contained within blueberries.

This human research took place at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, School of Life Course Sciences, King’s College London, UK and other academic institutions in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, the US.

The Journals of Gerontology published the results.

At this point, diet and lifestyle are well known to have major influences on cardiovascular disease.

And recent research has shown that specific food choices can have a major impact on the cardiovascular system.

“Nutritional interventions are promising approaches to slow cardiovascular aging.”

Blueberries have turned out to be one of the most promising foods in relation to cardiovascular health.

“Blueberries have initially been investigated due to their potential beneficial effects on age-dependent decline in cognitive function but were recently shown to improve cardiovascular function.”

Now that researchers have identified blueberries as a beneficial food, they want to identify the beneficial compounds within blueberries.

Blueberries have concentrated amounts of compounds known as anthocyanins.

Researchers believe that many of the benefits of blueberries are due to these anthocyanins.

This research was designed to test that theory about the anthocyanins in blueberries.

“We investigated which role blueberry anthocyanins and circulating metabolites play in mediating improvements in vascular function.”

The research consisted of a number of different trials.

Some of the trials looked at the effect of blueberries on cardiovascular measures.

Other trials looked at the anthocyanins themselves – purified and extracted from the berries.

The researchers found profound effects on cardiovascular health after one month of blueberry supplementation.

Flow-mediated dilation tests the health of blood vessels.

It is one of the best predictors of cardiovascular disease.

Blueberry supplementation significantly improved flow-mediated dilation – indicating a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

“Daily one-month blueberry consumption increased flow-mediated dilation.”

That experiment used 11 grams of freeze-dried blueberry powder twice per day.

That’s the equivalent of about 8 ounces of fresh blueberries.

One month of blueberry supplementation also significantly lowered blood pressure.

“Blueberry consumption lowered 24-hour ambulatory systolic blood pressure.”

A few ounces of blueberries per day were as effective as medication at lowering blood pressure.

“The lowering of blood pressure in the magnitude observed in our study is similar to what is commonly observed in clinical studies with blood pressure lowering medication.”

The other experiments proved that it was the anthocyanin compounds in blueberries that provide the cardiovascular benefits.

“Purified anthocyanins exerted a dose-dependent improvement of endothelial function in healthy humans, as measured by flow-mediated dilation.”

The researchers found that the body converts anthocyanin into other compounds.

These compounds (metabolites) seemed to have a direct effect on cardiovascular health.

When the researchers injected the anthocyanin metabolites into mice, they saw improvements in flow-mediated dilation.

“Injection of specific anthocyanin metabolites improved flow mediated dilation in mice.”

So these researchers have uncovered the mechanisms by which blueberries can improve cardiovascular health and lower blood pressure.

“Our results identify anthocyanin metabolites as major mediators of vascular bioactivities of blueberries and changes of cellular gene programs.”

The research may lead to effective supplements or treatments for high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.

But the study also proved that blueberries can be as effective as blood pressure lowering medications.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems.

Try one of these 5 “flow foods” for perfect blood pressure and better blood flow

The real cause of high blood pressure is bad blood flow.

The arteries get narrow, constricted, and lose their flexibility…

And then blood flow suffers, and the heart has to respond by turning up the pressure.

High blood pressure is the body’s attempt to force better blood flow through your body.

But now all you need to do is add one of these 5 “flow foods” to your breakfast…

And you will naturally lower blood pressure by improving blood flow all over the body.

Men will even find they get a nice little boost “downstairs” if you know what I mean!

Here are the 5 “flow foods” that naturally lower blood pressure by improving blood flow.
