The elders of a reclusive Amazonian tribe have been using it for years, behind closed doors…

When they reach 60, they are taught this “rockiness ritual” that grows and STRENGTHENS their boners.

And these older men (69 to 113 years old), have a monopoly on the youngest, most attractive women in the village.

Their manhoods are truly legendary

Women from neighboring tribes literally travel on rafts, down the perilous Amazon River…

…just to get penetrated by these old men’s giant manhoods…

And we now know the secret behind these MASSIVE members…

It all comes from 1 surprisingly simple “rockiness ritual” that any man can do in the comfort of his own home.

Combine these 2 food for a powerful natural cough remedy

Many infectious diseases cause a cough.

Oftentimes, after the infection has cleared, the cough remains.

Coughs can remain for months, sometimes years, after the infection.

These persistent coughs can be difficult things to deal with.

People sometimes use expectorant cough treatments.

Expectorants clear phlegm, but it’s doubtful about whether they fix the underlying problem.

Doctors will often recommend corticosteroids for these conditions.

These treatments can make you feel better in the short term – but it is also unlikely that they clear up the problem.

Even worse, corticosteroids come with a very long list of side effects…

…including low testosterone, insulin resistance, and major depression!

But research has shown that medicinal foods like coffee and honey really can help to clear these persistent, postinfectious coughs.

The human study was carried out at Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran. The findings were published in the Primary Care Respiratory Journal.

“Persistent post-infectious cough is a cough that remains after a common cold or an upper respiratory tract infection for more than three weeks or perhaps for many months.”

Expectorant cough treatments and corticosteroids are common treatments for this condition in many parts of the world…

…but in some parts of the world it is traditional to use coffee and honey instead.

“Two of the suggested treatments for persistent post-infectious cough are systemic steroids and honey plus coffee.”

This study was designed to see whether there was any truth to the idea that these two health foods could clear a persistent cough.

“The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare scientifically the therapeutic effects of these regimens. So a double-blind randomized controlled trial was conducted.”

The researchers recruited about a 100 people who had suffered with the condition for a number of weeks after they cleared their infection.

“Included in the study were 97 adults who had experienced persistent post-infectious cough for more than three weeks.”

The researchers were careful to exclude people who had coughs which may be related to other health conditions.

“Patients with other causes of chronic cough, systemic disease, or abnormal routine laboratory tests were excluded.”

The participants were split into 3 different groups, each one given a different treatment.

“A jam-like paste was prepared which consisted of honey plus coffee for the first group, prednisolone for the second group, and guaifenesin for the third group.”

Guaifenesin is a cough treatment sold under the brand name Mucinex, among others.

It is an expectorant which helps to clear phlegm from the airways.

For some reason, the researchers made a paste out of coffee and honey…

…but this paste was heated up in warm water just the way normal honey and (instant) coffee would be.

They were told to drink the remedy 3 times a day.

“The participants were told to dissolve a specified amount of their product in warm water and to drink the solution every eight hours for one week.”

The participants were assessed before the intervention and again after one week of treatment.

“All the participants were evaluated before treatment and one week after completion of treatment to measure the severity of their cough.”

There was barely any change in cough scores in the group which used the cough expectorant.

Lower numbers mean less coughing.

“Guaifenesin group 2.8 pre-treatment and 2.7 post-treatment.”

A slight improvement was seen in those taking the prednisolone corticosteroid treatment…

A treatment associated with a vast number of serious side-effects.

“Prednisolone group 3.0 pre-treatment and 2.4 post-treatment.”

But there was enormous improvement in the participants consuming coffee and honey.

Honey and coffee obliterated the persistent cough.

“Honey+coffee group 2.9 pre-treatment and 0.2 post-treatment.

The researchers were surprised at the extent of the benefit found from the natural treatment.

It was vastly superior to the common medical interventions.

“Honey plus coffee was found to be the most effective treatment modality for persistent post-infectious cough.”

I am not surprised at the results because both coffee and honey have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibiotic effects.

Many of the persistent effects of infection are also due to gut problems which can be helped by both foods.

How I’m using this simple OTC treatment to never get sick anymore

Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'

I have my own protocol for viruses, flus, and pesky sinus infections.

And since I’ve been doing this simple protocol, I have not gotten sick.

My wife Jodi uses it, and she was only sick a few days over the past 18 months and it was only a slight cold.

I’ve shared this with a number of friends and students and they have not gotten sick either.

Or if they did it was like Jodis — gone in a few days and mild anyway.

So in case you’re curious, here’s what I’m doing — the Matt Cook protocol for avoiding viral sickness
