Discovery: how to last 30 minutes or more and have a hard-on that stays rigid the  whole time

Your penis is pushing out of your pants. How embarrassing. Yet again. You are like a teenager, blushing and embarrassed.

But today you are 64 years old. And you’re getting these all the time!

Your girlfriend has even spotted it and she took it in her mouth that time.

Wow, thinking about that gets you hard again. This can’t continue.

What’s different today?

It’s not about control. The penis does what it wants. You can’t control your dick. I’m sure you’ve noticed that 🙂

Getting hard and staying hard is not a matter of pressing down in a certain place, or mindfulness, or taking Big Pharma’s chemicals.

This new discovery shows how ANY man can get a rigid erection that lasts 30 minutes or longer without any pharma products or herbs or supplements.

And it works for EVERY MAN who tries it. And the more you do this, the more sex you will have, and the higher your T and libido will rise.

How far can this go? Find out, it’s crazy.

Here’s the ONE THING that gives any man a really hard erection that lasts for 30 minutes or longer – better than pharma products, EVERY time

5 libido boosters all men should try – Matt Cook

Many men take testosterone injections to increase their sex drive and improve their erections.

However, they frequently find that, although their libido may rise, their hard-on situation doesn’t get any better.

The reason is probably that, even if testosterone is low, it isn’t low testosterone that is actually causing poor erections.

Low testosterone is caused by a whole bunch of metabolic problems…

Low testosterone is merely a signpost that other things are wrong.

But today’s newsletter is about libido. And a lot of things are involved in libido.

Such as good nutrition.

Some super-helpful things: Get 80–100 g of protein per day, get plenty of good-quality carbohydrates, avoid bad fats, and get enough sunshine and exercise.

If you have all this going on and you still have a low sex drive…

You might want to investigate high prolactin levels.

Prolactin is somewhat of a stress hormone.

Before I get into raising libido, let me show you this study that indicates prolactin levels are yet another sign of metabolic problems.

These researchers studied 1,600 men over time.

They looked at their prolactin levels and what happened to them later as far as heart attacks and cardiovascular disease are concerned.

First off, they found prolactin levels did not change based on how fat or thin a man was.

Second, they found a striking relationship between higher prolactin levels and the likelihood that the men would have high blood pressure and diabetes:

“In men, a 5‐mg/dL increment in prolactin was associated with increased odds of incident hypertension and incident diabetes.”

I don’t think this means prolactin itself is bad.

More likely, higher prolactin levels are a signpost in the body similar to lower testosterone, indicating metabolic stress in the body.

But, there is a way to improve libido by lowering prolactin.

There is a group of well-studied treatments including cabergoline, bromocriptine, lisuride, and metergoline – all of which lower serotonin, raise dopamine, and lower prolactin.

They also lower cortisol levels.

They are normally prescribed for conditions including diabetes and Parkinson’s.

But you only need small amounts of these to see your prolactin levels fall, and (often) your libido increase.

If your cortisol levels fall as well, that’s good for weight loss (though it will make you a bit hungrier).

If you are careful not to overeat, you can get a lot of benefits from this.

The most common treatment of this type is bromocriptine (sold as Parlodel and Cycloset). It’s effective in modest doses.

It’s not as effective as the best ones, though: metergoline and lisuride. (Metergoline is no longer commonly prescribed and doctors are not very familiar with lisuride anymore.)

Interestingly, these treatments are derived from ergot, a rye mold.

The extract from ergot is called ergotamine, and it’s actually related to LSD.

Even though ergot is related to LSD, treatments derived from ergot aren’t hallucinogenic. And the only effects they have in common with LSD are (as mentioned above):

Serotonin down, cortisol down, prolactin down, and dopamine up.

Even in small amounts, they can improve your libido significantly.

And they will work for women as well!

It only takes a few days at fairly low dosages for prolactin levels to drop, dopamine levels to rise, and libido to increase.

You’re not going to become a sex maniac, but you definitely will feel a lot more like doing it than you did before.

They have other benefits too.

It is possible that these treatments may be a good way of lowering blood pressure also.

They inhibit growth hormone, which is a good thing because growth hormone is inflammatory.

They may also reduce your chances of getting Type 2 diabetes (or vastly improve the symptoms).

If high prolactin levels are causing your low libido, even a small dosage of one of these treatments can be a lifesaver – and you do want the lowest dosage possible.

As always, you must talk to your doctor about why you want to take these and how they may interact with anything else you are taking.

Attention: men who want HIGH libido

Low libido? Performance issues? Your hormone levels of prolactin and estrogen are TOO HIGH.

Lowering them will bring everything back…

1. Do testo supplements work?
Most men take Testo supplements to boost their low Testosterone levels, which is a natural outcome of ageing. Testosterone is the core hormone in men which gives them the physical characteristics of a male and plays a core role in sperm production, libido enhancement and increases fertility. Though there is an abundance of Testo supplements that are available commercially, the exact results and their relevance in helping boost testosterone is not proven scientifically. Most Testo supplements that are available in the market are marketed as libido enhancers that promise a great sexual performance, but whether these supplements actually increase the level of Testosterone, is still a highly debatable topic. One best selling Testo supplement, the Tribulus terrestris may increase the libido among those who have low testosterone levels or a impaired sexual function ,but does not necessarily increase testosterone among those with normal testo levels. Fenugreek does play in increasing the level of Testosterone, since it contains 5-alpha reductase inhibitors that blocks the conversion of Testosterone to Dihydrotestosterone(DHT)  ,thus improving libido levels. But it does not increase testosterone above normal baseline levels. Zinc and Magnesium are considered effective and have been very effective in increasing testosterone levels, as according to some medical studies.Adding Potassium rich foods to one's diet such as bananas, beets and spinach is a effective way to increase testosterone levels. The best alternative to taking testo supplements that are sold commercially are high intensity workouts, a balanced diet, enough sleep and a stress free lifestyle. Protein rich foods and B-Vitamins can help boost the body’s natural process of testosterone production which is more effective and healthy.

2. What are the top natural test boosters?
Natural Test boosters are supplements which aid to boost testosterone levels. They usually work by increasing or improving the levels of the testosterone hormone, but some also work by preventing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.D-Aspartic acid, a natural amino acid is a natural test booster that has been found effective for people with low testosterone levels or those with a impaired sexual function. But D-Aspartic Acid may not be as effective for people with normal testosterone levels. Various studies have proven that Vitamin D, which is freely accessible through exposure to the sun, helps in increasing the levels of Testosterone in the body. Taking Vitamin D supplements (3,000 IU of vitamin D3) and including Vitamin D rich foods in ones diet is a great way to supplementing the vitamin requirements of the body. Fenugreek is also considered a natural test booster, since according to some medical studies, it helps to reduce the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen.Fenugreek has also been shown to improve the sexual function and libido among those who took it. Not only did it improve sexual performance but also increased the energy levels and added to an improved well being.Among herb based natural test boosters, the Indian herb Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera) ,has been widely considered beneficial in the improvement of Testosterone levels. In addition Ashwagandha has also been found to increase exercise performance, aid in boosting muscle strength and fat loss and does plays an important role in reducing the stress hormone cortisol.High intensity exercises and a balanced diet rich in proteins & the necessary Vitamins & Minerals that the body needs, helps to boost the production of testosterone naturally.
